Fix F-One Kite or Wing One Pump Valves

How to fix F-One one pump valves on kites or wings. This was the CWC wing strut valve cracked around hose connection.

Thank you SO much for posting this. Both valves between the strut hose on my F-One Swing just failed so this is very timely. Mine were older and actually crumbled apart from dry rot. Good to know I can replace these. You make it look so easy too.
