She took time to talk to my son who was attacked brutally at
T. C. Williams High School.
In Julien's memory, i will start a petition to Officially Rename the 'Rock' Park (she knows the Lynhaven Neighborhood well having grown up there)
to Julien Pratt Memorial Park.
