Hi, I contacted stake themselves and asked them this question, they advised that lots of investors used Wise.
Revolut also seem to be recommended. I did a test and withdrew £1000 from my stake wallet and received just under £960 in my bank which has put me off investing anymore in stake.
Every time you deposit or withdraw funds you have to pay the exchange fee.
