I have invested in stake after seeing your video but the most important part was the selling of your share when its time for liquidation it is not guaranteed that your share would be sold you had to wait for the next exit window which is almost year this was the biggest catch we don't know when we can get the investment back
Few issues of concern
- ROI of 5% is low
- Prices of Apartments today are at its peak , future sale and profits will be low
- When u sell / exit your stake one might not get the same amount one has brought for.
- Stake should better think of Commercial properties leased for 3-5 years.
- High Risk investment

Second point is wrong if the prices are at peak it would have created bubble burst and if you check bubble zone of dubai it is far away from the burst zobe which proves that property prices in uae are still lower than most of the property prices around the bubble zone cities in the world 😊

Stake says there is no fee on profits being withdrawn from their side. They also say that there is no interest involved in any process. Then, what's that interest thing you have mentioned in the video?

First of all thanks for sharing very useful information about personal finances and investment.
I have been following you for a while and found some interesting options.
Just to have a feel, i invested some amounts in stake.
Rental Return 5 to 7 % seems fine, however, I have a concern about the exit option.
How can one be sure that even after 4 to 5 years , there will be a buyer for your property.
Non existence of secondary market for stake seems an important factor.
Appreciate if you could comment on it.

Try running numbers of same house where you are renting, against buying it with cash or mortgage. You will have your answer
