Ordinary life can be hard, but things are particularly difficult right now for many of us. How can Buddhist meditation help? Meditation can help us develop mindfulness, kindness, clarity, positivity, and can enable us to gain a bigger perspective on life. Through regular practice and over time, we can learn our mind’s habits, and cultivate new, more positive ways of being in the world. Come and find out how!
Our weekday lunchtime meditation sessions are guided and are suitable for anyone. We usually alternate between two practices - the mindfulness of breathing and the development of loving-kindness, or metta bhavana.
