most of these songs are not about relationships. its about the lead singer's struggle with alchool addiction and other personal problems.

I believe ‘Had Enough’ was about the previous drummer who left and then took them to court for writing fees even though Ben wrote everything. Nice vid both!

21:26 yes he used to record the background vocals himself too. But with the new lineup that they’ve got, he lets his band members do the back vocals now

29:13 The lead singer Benjamin burnley is an overall legend. He used to be a heavy alcoholic, he tried to drink himself to death. And in his lyrics he mostly talks about the struggles he went through. He became very sick due to his alcohol addiction. His body has developed a syndrome called “wernicke - karsakoff” caused by persistent over-intoxication.

The album after this “dear agony” he wrote 100% sober which in his words “made him focus a lot more lyrically”

I think after Breaking Benjamin, you should react to RED. They're essentially the "Christian rock" version of Breaking Benjamin. Both bands have a very similar sound and therefore get compared to each other quite a lot. Their music tends to have keyboards, strings and orchestra in it, which give their songs a dramatic sound. The vocalist is incredible. I highly recommend checking them out.

Think if you’re going to do an album reaction maybe play the entire song not just skip through and songs over in 30 seconds. This is more like an ad for the album not a reaction.
