How lovely to watch you for the first time - your podcast came up as a recommendation on my RUclips feed! It was altogether very gentle and natural, and a real dose of relaxation for me. I loved hearing about your camping memories and your little piece on Brambly Hedge, as well as seeing your beautiful work. I hope you will podcast again soon, but in the meantime I shall probably go back in time and catch up on some older ones. Thank you!!

Lovely to see you back, I really enjoy your podcasts. Regarding your Sophie scarf I would frog back to the decreases and use the variegated yarn. I’m looking forward to seeing it finished as it’s on my list of things to do! I loved seeing your little boy walking in the field, he reminds me soo much of my son, now 21!, when he was little. Treasure and enjoy him, they grow up way too fast. My daughters off to Uni in two weeks and it seems like last year she started nursery. 😢Love your idea for the camping blanket, I smiled when you talked about guides/brownies, I was both and still have my camping blanket. It’s very tatty, but loved. Thank you for such a lovely podcast, I look forward to the next one. X

Lots of lovely makes Suzi. I would continue the Sophie Scarf with the yarn you have I’m sure it will blend nicely. I was never a camper but my parents bought a caravan when they retired and took my children with them on Caravan Club weekends and summer holidays. They loved it and now they take there children camping too. My son Mathews' middle name is Augusta (chosen by his golf mad Dad!!), and he hated it when he was young, but now his nieces call him Gus and Uncle Gussy and he loves it 🙂

Hello Suzie. I so enjoyed your podcast- you certainly had me at Brambly Hedge. As far as your Sophie scarf goes, would a 20g mini in your main colour be possible to finish? Even if there is some variation, it wouldn't be at all noticeable once the scarf is tied. I have made several of these and I think another in your signature blush pink would be so flattering against my skin.

Great to see you back, I really enjoyed the podcast. The jumper you made for Gus is lovely and the camping blanket is adorable. A great idea putting the patches on to show the places you camped. If it was me making the Sophie scarf I would take it back to the centre point and then add the ombre yarn. That would then look like the 2 different colours were intentional. X

It was lovely to see you back again. I missed you and all your beautiful makes and your beautiful yarn. It amazes me that you actually get time to do any videos at all with all the other things you do. It’s lovely to hear of your family camping trips and giving Gus those opportunities to make wonderful happy and carefree memories that both you and your husband had as children. And it’s beautiful to see you enjoying the simple pleasures of life with him picking fruit. You’re so right. He is so cute.
I think for the Sophie scarf I’d try dyeing up more yarn and if that doesn’t work then use the yarn already wound up in the ball. 😊

I would be tempted to use the slightly different colour for your Sophie scarf, but take the knitting back to the beginning of the decreases. Then it would look intentional. You were showing your little boy's camp blanket...our 3 girls each had little walking sticks and we collected badges that you hammer on. They still have them and still talk about the places we went. Now they are old enough to share those memories with their own children❤

Great to see you back. You'd be a natural at a yarn show; your yarns are beautiful and you're very warm and welcoming. Perhaps there is a small one day event near you where you could try putting your toe in the water? But they can be overwhelming and as far as I can see very hard work as well, especially for a young Mum with a toddler. Perhaps something for the 'one day' list?

Hi Suzeette, this is Marion Jay from the USA in Massachusetts and I just wanted to know how much to belong to the club I think you called it in the fall like after the item I just like that material that you had for the bag and that I’m making bags but with my eyes being so bad that they’re not the quality is not very good because I’m just keeping busy but anyway and then it came with four of those little shanks so whatever you call them of love you and I don’t have a wind or anything so I would otherwise buy the big one of the four ply because that would probably be on a scan however, I’d like to know how much it is for the one time with the bag in the ends and and also if I didn’t get that I would’ve the if I got in the you know the before Christmas day on the can’t think of the name now, but you know the 25 days How much would that be for the end? Like just let me know I wanna have an idea and see if I could swing it. Thank you my dear and I love watching the things you’re doing a wonderful job MEGAN things keep up the good work and say hi to THE BABY and THE keep smiling. Oh yeah, one more thing Susie change music. It’s a little down and made a little pep in there OK thank you 0:58

Great to see you back. I would go rogue on the Sophie scarf and take it back a few rows then stripe in a different colour altogether. Love the idea of a patch for every county on Gus' blanket. Such a wonderful memory.

Just found your podcast and loved it! With your Sophie scarf i would just change the colour at the half way point, that way it would look intentional!

Hi Karen! I’m so glad you found me 🥰 thank you! I’m glad you say that as I’m definitely leaning more towards that… mainly because the yarn is already wound 😁🤭

I really enjoyed hearing of your plans and seeing your beautiful yarn. Can’t wait to see what you do with your Sophie scarf. My children are older now but we used to go camping a lot when they were younger. Great memories!

Another lovely podcast your yarn colours are so delicate and feminine. I love the Sophie scarf I have made a half and half version putting a contrast colour at the half way mark.

Great to see you back! I have missed your videos! For your scarf dilemma I would try out the yarn you already have and see how you like it, you can always rip it out and dye some yarn later if you end up not liking the way it looks. Looking forward to your next video already! Take care x

Hello, long time no see, you look well. Lovely to catch up on all things going on. I would use the other yarn from the half way point on the Sophie scarf, it'll look like a great design feature 🙂
