Firstly I just want to say I'm glad you are well and take it easy. I want to share with you what you and the Star Wars community mean to me. My life took a real bleak turn in March last year and there's been many a time I felt like ending it all. But due to the circumstance's my childhood star wars toys came back into my hands. As life was so bleak the only thing that kept me going was looking at the toys and starting to collect them again. They reminded me of a happier time when nothing mattered and no one was trying to hurt me. Your channel was the one that I followed to help guide me in my collection and you have no idea how you kept me sane in those dark times. I have a long way to go before life becomes good again but watching star wars youtube channels and collecting gives me a goal to move forward. I now have almost two complete runs and almost 200 custom pieces from the amazing custom makers keeping this hobby alive and kicking. So basically I want to say a big thank you to you personally and you will never understand what you have done for me. Thank you. Wow! Neat to realize that there are so many special days in May this month for Star Wars! I thought that all of the movies came out in May, but this confirms it. I hope my local theaters show the other Star Wars movies during their anniversary weeks. I saw the re-release of The Phantom Menace last weekend and that was a lot of fun to see it in a theater again! The sound and music of Star Wars are the most important aspects of the movies to me, so it was great to hear this movie as it was intended to be heard again. My TV has a good soundbar hooked up to it, but it's nothing compared to what THX certified theaters can do. I was born in June, so Star Wars became a huge part of my birthdays starting in 1977. Going to see Star Wars at the drive-in near Fort Collins, Colorado was a big birthday present in 1977. Got a few of the toys each year for birthdays and Christmas after that. This is so nice of Cameron to set you up with some of the variants for Bespin Leia! I have one from back in the day. It has the high turtleneck with the gold band. I don't have the cape or blaster for her anymore though. My Lando is the no-smile variant. My Chewbacca has his left leg slightly shorter than the right. A 'short pour' version. I didn't get the board games, but I did have the coloring books, T-shirts and a couple of posters from the early days. This board game looks really cool! Amazing that it is unused. I agree that the games, posters, shirts, Dixie cups, etc. are just as cool and just as important as the action figures and vehicles. In some ways, some of this stuff is even more rare because people often didn't keep them, or the items would get damaged a lot over time. Very kind of you to give away a action figure guide book! The videos on the book and the interview with the authors are very well done and very interesting! #book I'm glad that you are feeling better! Sorry that you had some health issues recently. Life certainly is fragile and we can't take it for granted. I had to have surgery on my parathyroid and larynx last fall which was rather risky and which will ultimately prolong my life since the condition I had to have the surgery for was gradually ruining my body. I have a lot of gratitude for what God's given me including recovering my health, having a supportive family, and friends - including you in my life. Great video! Looking forward to the Early Bird Set video!

May is the best month for Star Wars Anniversaries. From the movies/tv series to George Lucas' birthday. I enjoy celebrating SW Day from either watching the movies at theaters or home video to going to celebration gatherings and buying merchandise. I love to have the Star Wars Toy Guide Kenner Action Figures Volume One book. I have been needing a new SW figure guide book for years and this is it. Along with the TVC book. I love your channel and I subscribed and watch it every weekend.
I’ve only been recollecting Kenner Star Wars figures since last year, I had everything in storage from when I was younger that had survived from the original trilogy days, and when I Iooked through them, I discovered that a lot of them had been lost or broken or thrown out decades ago! Imagine my shock when I found out that most of the last 17, figures I had, no longer existed ( shocking at some prices for replacement, so I doubt I will ever have a complete collection, sorry Artoo with lightsaber hilt, we shall never meet again!) but I have really enjoyed your channel and enthusiasm and the nostalgia that the original Star Wars brought. #Book
