I was visiting for my grandmas birthday and this all of the sudden turns on and it scared to shit out of me so bad I was running down to her basement..
This is on UltraVoice (UV) because the wind up of this alternate wail goes by 4, the wind down goes by 12. The others that is on Modulator Controller (MC), the wind up goes by 6, the wind down goes by 18.

not necessary story time One night I was walking from a bus to another when it started pouring so I began to walk a bit faster because I was trying to not get soaked too much without an umbrella. A few minutes later I was right next to a siren and it went off then and there... Part of me was like, should I run away for the tornado and another part was Oh my god this siren is bull crap I can't it's too eerie... I started sprinting because it was too creepy and loud... Part two... Is this particular siren part of more paranormal activities or tornadoes... Because I got home and heard the siren still... I started seeing things in my vision down the dimly lit hallway that looked like shadowy swirl figures (I call them Tornado Creatures) I think its just probably me thinking in the dark side of my brain with the creepy siren just imagining horrific things but later my parents woke me up and said we need to get out of our apartment room for a bit because they saw some person spinning really fast and flashing later that night... I am still really creeped out because of this because it happened the last time it went so if anyone knows what happened that night with the Tornado Creatures than please tell me... I have no video evidence because I dont have a phone and my camera was being fixed so I was unable to record it and see if you guys see them... Although there is security footage of the house I am unable to show it as I have no clue yet on how to post security footage on youtube... The footage in the hallway shows them standing staring blankly at the Tornado Creature who is flashing... And I checked the camera in my room and it had footage of things randomly moving and what appears to be tornado creatures appearing time to time... sorry for the long comment, thanks for the video to help me remember this and post it to the public for answers.
