Mine will no longer calibrate correctly after a battery change. it calibrates to wrong door side and pressing the Schalge word opens it instead of locking. My front door is working just find and it's the exact same model.

Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend performing a forced motor reset on the lock with a new set of Duracell alkaline batteries. Also, please make sure the battery tray is inserted with the batteries facing towards the door. I have provided the forced motor reset steps below.
      1) Remove the interior side of the lock from the door and disconnect the wire connected to the back of the motherboard
      2) Grasp the thumb knob and rotate it 3 times clockwise then 3 times counter clockwise (You will need to force it around to turn. You should hear the motor noise)
      3) When installing it back on the door make sure that the deadbolt latch is retracted. The metal bar coming through the center of the door should be flat with a little bump on the top right. The back of the interior side of the lock will have a cylinder that the bar goes through. That should be flat with a bump on the top left so the bar from the keypad slides right in. Next, perform a reset on the lock by following the factory default reset steps in your user guide.
      4) Enter a code on the keypad. The deadbolt should extend and retract and the keypad should flash a green check at the end.
If you have any other questions or require any further assistance, please call us at 888-805-9837 or email consumerschlage@allegion.com.

Bro this thing is so annoying, it asks me to enter a 6 digit code into the keypad and after entering 4 digits it shows that the password is incorrect. I can't even set it up

      Hello,
Thank you for commenting! We are happy to assist with this issue. Ensure you are pressing Schlage on the top of the keypad prior to entering the 6 digit programming code. If this is not the culprit, a Factory Default Reset is required in order to pair the lock to the Schlage Home app. To reset the lock:
      1. Retract the bolt
      2. Open the door
      3. Disconnect the battery pack
      4. With the battery pack disconnected, press and hold the Schlage button on the outside of your door
      5. While holding this down, reconnect the battery pack
      6. You will receive 3 green check marks if successful
      7. Press Schlage and enter the 4 digit User Code A or B. The lock should lock and then unlock itself to complete the handing step.
Once this has been done you should be able to pair the lock without any further issues. If this does not allow you to pair the lock to the Schlage app please reach out via email to consumerschlage@allegion.com. Please reference your case number: CAS3823927.
