The weather depends on your period, it is better to check accuweather. For the other things, i think Anna`s guide from AnnaVisualStories website is all you need, because Portugal is way different than any other countries in Europe, a lot of tourist traps and a strange public transportation system. On our vacantion we used Anna's guide which was extremely useful and very nice structured. Have a nice vacation!
