Brings back great memories. We have been married 42 years. My son was almost born on a helicopter coming from the DMZ. He is now 39 and my daughter is 41, born in America. I can relate very much to their family. One month and we will be back in Korea, can’t wait.
I am so happy for and also envious of couples who can actually commit to each other despite difference, it is such a scary thing to just let go of everything you knew and even change parts of your identity. It can be the right choice if you really love and value the person you are in a relationship with and they are a good person. For me I dont think I'd be willing to do that specially if I dont think the other person is worth it, but its nice to see others make it work for them and in this case its worth it.

It's an expression used in some cultures like buddy or mate . So many mistakes are made on the internet because people don't appreciate it's the WORLD WIDE WEB and different cultures have different expression and ways of saying or doing things. The only cultures we can generally all make calls on is the USA because of its cultural imperialism.

Don't mix up the languages. Do one day in English properly and Korean, correctly, while Megan is still able to absorb both. Set up reprimanding system if anyone of you deviate from plan. Structure way of language speaking will help all of you.

Nope you teach both at the same time, I’m bilingual and this is exactly how I learned, both languages where spoken to me and my siblings at the same time, and today I understand both Spanish and English perfectly
