Angeline is not on any Survivor album. The song was written by Dave during the Fire Makes Steel session and they started playing this one live from 1994 it appears. I have not even heard a demo version yet. 😕

Would you be so inclined to post up the video of Dave singing Hungry Years in its acoustic version. ? 🙂 I know they did an unplugged version of the song during these gigs and I much prefer it done accoustically than the sped up electrified version on the Fire Makes Steel. I find the song is so much more powerfully impactful when done unplugged. Should have kept it that way as an acoustic song. Just adore it. 💜💜

Hopefully i can work on editing that one at the weekend if family life doesn't get in the way. 😊 The video from that 1994 Highlands gig has rather poor audio and in native 480p resolution. I personally try to inprove the video quality and upscale them to HD where possible and remaster the audio.😉 Hungry Years unplugged is the better version - I agree. Coming your way soon Carrie. 👍😊
