This was me 50 years ago! I had micro-opthalmia in my left eye. That small eye was kept, with a prosthetic shell (artificial eye) covering it, until I was about 33. Then, it had to be removed, due to glaucoma. Now my new artificial eye is fuller, and it moves so much more, due to the titanium pin attached to the muscles and pearl of sea coral to allow blood vessels to hold everything in place. This is the most movement I've ever had in a prosthetic eye. Growing up, you have to have a new eye made every few years, which is expensive, and most insurances won't pay for them (only limbs, etc...). Now that I'm an adult, it will last me several years at a time. I wish I had been so adventurous to try cool ones like the pink glitter heart!!! You look beautiful!

She is a gorgeous little girl with or without her bionic eye. Even as a baby. ❤ I am happy that the mother found a great doctor over here in the United States. I am so happy that the show is going to sponsor her new eye and help them out . I was born with lazy eye and have to had eye surgeries to help correct it and I will probably need another one. It is painful. But this beautiful baby girl has definitely suffered enough! 24 surgeries is a lot for a child to endure. I pray she continues to do well and progresses into a successful young lady and shows those bullies what losers they really are by holding her head up high and knowing that she has nothing to prove to them and goes and lives her best life. May God bless her ❤
Hopefully not or if she does hopefully she doesn't fall into the same abuse so many models do. I used to dream of being a model but now I know how good it was I wasn't. It's horrifying.
This little girl is so cool if I was looking at her up close I couldn’t tell that her other eye was bionic and she’s so pretty! I hope she grows up and when she gets older she can show her future kids like I may look different but looks don’t matter. As long as you’re nice to people they will be nice to you (well at least the ones who try) she is inspirational as well I hope she knows that! Sweet girl you are so beautiful don’t let these kids bully you into thinking that your not and I’ve got to say I love your eye❤

Bullies are only losing every time they bully and cause harm, and the victims are being rewarded from the world, the bullies keep losing and deny that they're themselves regressing, but the girl is going good, she's powerful to appreciate the newness, the resilence, and her openness about the things he went through.
Beautiful young girl.. Children can be so hurtful, but this girl is really strong and I'm sure she will do amazingly well through her life.. I have 7 daughters of my own. This bought me, an old skool biker to tears when you said you will buy her another eye.. Thank you.. she truly deserves it.
Rly how would u feel if some random grown man who was a stranger commented on one of their pics n called her beautiful.. I hope the police and/or social services sees this comment n looks into u coz seems like u shodnt be around any girls
To hear that she was bullied really upset me. This new generation of parents and kids proclaim to be all about acceptance but yet I hear more and more about bullying from this generation. The only thing they accept is there own and no one else different. I was bullied all my younger life and its not easy I am glad to hear she is doing better and glad to see she got the eye but she was and is beautiful inside and out no matter what and so is her mother. I can't stand bullies and I hope those who bullied her get the karma they deserve.
Well said, I thought the same thing what are the parents doing? Because my kids know better than to ever do that because they were taught not to bully or pick on someone for any reason.
Nah, while bullying still exists, it's gotten a lot less intense than when I was a kid in the 90s. Of course it's not gone completely. But it's improving
Todays kids may be brought up with acceptance in mind, everyone is far more connected now with social media etc so it opens up more and more ways for the few that are bullies to affect their lives.
What precious little Lady. Great Respect and Hopes for her future. Kudos for Mom for pushing for Her growth, education and Healing options. Bullies exist ib Grade school, Middle Schiol, High School, Life School. It takes time, but, learning to deal with them aopropriately is crucial, because they are always present.
My grandfather lost an eye when he was in his mid 20's from a car accident(1960's). His glass eye was nothing like these bionic eyes. He would have been much happier with today's technology . This young women is very special 😊
What an amazing and touching story from a very strong, determined mum and her 9 year old daughter Mya. She has been through an extremely tough time and come out the other end a much stronger and happier person, and be in a new school, which she clearly loves. I specially loved the part when Craig Doyle said this morning team would buy Mya a new eye, you could see how much that meant to mum and daughter. What a lovely thing to do. Lovely story.
She’s absolutely amazing. I got in a wreck and totally destroyed my nerves in my eye. After surgeries I can finally see, but I can’t move my eye completely. Seeing how happy she is, it’s really inspiring.
What a pretty little girl bless her heart and shame those people who bullied her I think her eyes are super cool and if anything should make her even more popular and cooler than any normal kids and shes so sweet I hope the best for her and her family in the future god bless this wonderful little girl ❤❤
The first eye looks so fantastic. I've had my bionic eye for 12 years now, not having as much movement as hers, but still looking pretty good, having to deal with the loss but loving life and enjoying to the fullest still, we can do everything :)
@@Cosmo-Kramer 20 years or less maybe...I mean they have already made these special glasses that are considered as bionic eyes for blind people but in order for them to work they need to implant a chip to the side of their head in order for the glasses to work and the person needs to have 2 eyes...but for bionic eyeballs that you can see through to be made we are not far off from it...and I guess these bionic eyeballs would have some kind of camera within the eyeball that's wired to the brain which sounds impossible and risky but I believe it would take a while for something like this to exist...they need to study on these bionic eyes very carefully before this kind of thing to be released...it will come.
I lost the sight in my left eye completely a few years back did so much research and didnt find anything that would help. This video gives me hope. I hope this girl have a great life! Well done the mother. They can transplant hearts but not eyes. Remember that.
No wonder they made fun! People make fun of others that are better than them. They make fun so others think they’re better than you. They make fun to get all the attention. Cause they’re just plain, nothing interesting about them. So they have to draw the attention away from you and others that naturally draw others in! When you see something that isn’t common, don’t you look a little longer? Try to read up on it? Ask people questions? Well, they’re jealous of that because no one gives them a second look, no one asks them things about themselves. I can assure you. You are gorgeous. Very pretty both inside and outside. Don’t let jealous, plain, uninteresting people bring you down. Call them out on it, or at the very least remind yourself that people making fun are just jealous and do not know how to cope with it!
What an amazing young lady you are. To go through all that and coming out on the other end with a big smile on her face and a heart in her eye (literally)!! Hope to see what new eye you get soon and massive props to This Morning for funding it. 😊

My goodness it blows my mind how kids can be so cruel. My two boys are about to graduate high school and my wife and I are so proud of who they are. They were always the kindest little boys to everyone as they grew up. I just don’t understand how some kids can be so mean to the most vulnerable. I know it has everything to do with parenting, but to be so mean at such a young age is just horrible. I’m glad this sweet little one has her self esteem to the point that she is able to do videos of herself having fun in spite of the cruelty from her peers.

Remarkable, in more ways than one. What she went through at school i wouldn't wish on anyone but she remained strong and steadfast despite it all, truly an inspiration. On another note, if she just looks ahead, you barely notice it. If i didn't know any better, i'd say she had a severe case of being cross-eyed or something along those lines. What a beautiful young lady, she has one of the prettiest smiles I have ever seen!!! So happy for her and her family.may God continue to bless and protect this little angel♥️♥️♥️💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍
You can tell her mother works really hard for her. I absolutely lost it when they surprised her with buying a new eye.
I lost my eye to a rare cancer three years ago and it’s been such a challenge but seeing this and how accepted it’s started to become is so beautiful!
Do you like art?
They took your eye for no reason😂
@@Scalytale You are stone-cold. Wow.
@@Scalytale 😂
My uncle also had his eye removed due to cancer. I am so sorry that happened to you but glad you are okay now. 💜
Bless the doctors. She looks so healthy and happy. Bless the mom too for doing everything for her to be hapy
May God bless her ❤
Sweet beautiful little girl almost made me cry. bless her soul
She’s STUNNING! she could be a model ❤️
Bet she will be
Hopefully not or if she does hopefully she doesn't fall into the same abuse so many models do. I used to dream of being a model but now I know how good it was I wasn't. It's horrifying.
@@izzyviridian1485I was just about to say the same thing.. I’m praying momma doesn’t let her be a model she’s tooooo sweet and so naturally gorgeous…
My thought as well
She could start by being a child model. She has the look, and it's unique on top of that.
Kudos to her mother, so supportive and loving. And this girl is just sweet and beautiful.
Nope hope she stays young forever. Being old is depressing.
what a lovely little soul. so happy for her and this break though. bless the ones devoting their own life to making lives for others better.
That little girl is a hero in the most literal sense of the word! God bless her! 🥲
People can be cruel. Especially kids. If I was still in grade school, I'd have been her friend ❤
I made friends with disabilities, deformities, and all kinds of personalities. Now I'm 32 with many types of friends I care about
Same. Life’s hard enough without being cruel for no reason. We are all humans, in need of love.
@@talia6442 Are we all human though? Sometimes, I'm not so sure.
@@fastgurrrl 🤔
Some humans are inhumane. “Severed conscious”...sociopaths…psychopaths…
yeah cool story you're such a great person

What a great little girl, I wish her nothing but happiness and good health.
I got an overdose on cuteness. Such an amazing young lady and brave mother.
An absolute sweetheart. Hoping for the best for you! I lost my eye at 16 due to genetics, I'm 30 now. Ive let it ruin my self image and confidence since. I constantly battle with the idea of seeing the world in a glass half full or half empty view. Choose half full. Im trying!
Such a beautiful little girl. God bless her mother for persisting to find a solution. And God bless everyone who helped make her dream possible.
God bless all the ppl suffering with disabilities who's lives aren't worth living that your god did this to? Coz u no, god makes no mistakes? Lool
Not all young children are little angels, some are cruel and evil even! I can't imagine what this beautiful, sweet girl has gone through. Let's hope life rewards her with all the good that she deserves from now on!
What a great interview. So compassionate and kind. 💛
She's gonna be huge on Tik Tok n Social media! Girl with Bionic Eye! Doesnt get cooler than that! Reminds me of girl with Bionic arm! Whose killing it at media n tech events as special red carpet guest! Personally I'd love a Bionic body part! It's the future! She also beautiful, so I expect model agencies will falling over themselves to sign her up for all kinds of future work! Awesome girl, she deserves the light after so much bullying and childhood suffering.....kids n parents can be so cruel, shame on them! Disgusting behaviour, I hope they all see her now and remember how they treated her! 😢❤
I! Have! Noticed! You! Use! A! lot! Of! Exclamation! marks! And! I! Like! It!
Life isn't all about tik tok and social media !!
What a strange attitude .
How about saying I bet she grows up to be a doctor after all her operations and hospital stays .
TIK TOK WILL BE HUMANS DOWNFALL
I don’t think being huge on TikTok should be something to want to achieve lol…..
As for her, I wish her nothing but the best and she is beautiful inside and out. I’m so happy to see new possibilities technology and science making lives better 🎉
That’s sad that todays worth and measure of success is being big on social media. I have yt. That’s it. The rest is toxic waste. I hope she’s successful in the REAL world. Not a digital cease pool
@@vickythefist7062 Yeah, as much as I know the person meant well in their comment, their compliment is somewhat of a kick in the gut to females everywhere.
It reminds me of those types of compliments that are dragging females down even when the compliments are offered by those who mean well but have no idea they are causing some form of “damage” at the same time…..
E.G. someone says “you’d make a fantastic flight attendant!” Like… ok, why a flight attendant and not a pilot?
She's beautiful, what a lovely young lady. Best of luck to her.
Aw God bless her, she's beautiful. Live your life!
She is such a beautiful doll. And tough as nails. God Bless you sweetheart.
It’s so cruel that people made fun of her, she is so beautiful in this video and back before she got her prosthetic eye as well.
Human bein. Many people think nothing will happen to them, and if something happen to them, they are too cowards to face it.
Wow! What a fantastic advancement in prosthetics! The bionic eye is so realistic, and her fashion eye is really striking! What a way to own it! So lovely!
It made me cry too, such a gorgeous, brave and inspiring little girl. People who aren't her friends and bullying her are just jealous of her beauty and how special she is. Can't wait to see what she does next in life! Be unstoppable 💖
An extraordinary little girl! What a story and yet she keeps smiling! Long live you and your mother who seems to be overflowing with love for her daughter!
I not only love the positive energy of this brave girl, but also kudos to her mom. She really was in mom-mode when trying to find the best possible treatment for her little darling. I can't imagine the time, effort and patience that went into making this possible for her daughter. I also like how the hosts spoke to both of them. With words of love, compliments and encouragements. I wish we could see more content like this.
Shout out to MOM! The grinding, hustling and getting it done. It's not easy and can be very frustrating for a parent to take care of a sick kid and get them the proper treatment. It takes effort, plus the research and hustling for the money 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
She soooo sooooo preetttty meaning her spirit first such a intelligent sweet young child. She is pure and is so beautiful on inside and out, such a beautiful smile and her mom did amazing in her hair! Her mom is so sweet and beautiful and I pray God gives her all the support and love she needs amen
Aww.. what a beautiful young lady. She will have a very bright future. God bless her and her family.
Bullies are only losing every time they bully and cause harm, and the victims are being rewarded from the world, the bullies keep losing and deny that they're themselves regressing, but the girl is going good, she's powerful to appreciate the newness, the resilence, and her openness about the things he went through.
"Advanced Artificial Eyes" is the company that made the eye if anyone's wondering.
That is what makes this world so much better. I just adore that baby girl. Her Mom is awesome. God bless them all.
Such a loveley girl, wish her the best of life. No one deserve to be bullied....
Stay strong...show the world..
My grandfather lost an eye when he was in his mid 20's from a car accident(1960's). His glass eye was nothing like these bionic eyes. He would have been much happier with today's technology . This young women is very special 😊
we really have come a long way
I’ll bet a lot of that bullying had its roots in jealously. She’s a stunningly beautiful girl. You go Myah!! Little champion! ⭐️🌼⭐️

This little girl is a super star. She’s absolutely beautiful. I love her fun eye. It’s so pretty.
That little girl is so strong and so beautiful! I’m going to keep her and her mom in my prayers, for the rest of her life to be nothing but amazing!
Now that is the coolest girl ever, so strong and beautiful. So full of happiness now.
She’s absolutely amazing. I got in a wreck and totally destroyed my nerves in my eye. After surgeries I can finally see, but I can’t move my eye completely. Seeing how happy she is, it’s really inspiring.

The first eye looks so fantastic. I've had my bionic eye for 12 years now, not having as much movement as hers, but still looking pretty good, having to deal with the loss but loving life and enjoying to the fullest still, we can do everything :)
How many decades would you say we are away from having bionic eyes that can be seen through?
@@tonydann-w1c In other words, you have no effin' idea. LOL

This little girl is one of the most beautiful young girls I have ever seen! Great to see her happy.
Such a beautiful child! God bless!
How can anyone be mean to a child with a disability or any child.
Because They're heartless
Because they’re also children, they don’t understand people’s differences, and so they often reject those differences.
That’s why all parents need to educate their children and start early on.
Kids can be brutal
Before I didn't wanted to believe children were rude, today I can tell you they truly are (some) 😊.
She’s so cute. Seems like a real sweetheart.
I lost the sight in my left eye completely a few years back did so much research and didnt find anything that would help. This video gives me hope. I hope this girl have a great life! Well done the mother. They can transplant hearts but not eyes. Remember that.
I believe in the future it could be a possibility
I can't imagine any child in school bullying her. If I saw her in school as a child I would have made friends and protected her. She is such a bright and beautiful little girl and the most stunning eyes! God bless her. 🙏❤
She is a little flair machine! She shines and beams! God bless her and her family.
That breaks my heart that they were cruel to her 🙁. She is a beautiful sweet child.
What an angel 😭😭😭
May God be with her ❤
My goodness it blows my mind how kids can be so cruel.
She's adorable, she will grow into a beautiful woman. Bless her heart.
She is such a beautiful young girl.I wish nothing but wonderful blessings upon her throughout her life.🥰
She has such a beautiful smile
All my best wishes to this little girl. She deserves the world for being so amazing in dealing with life.
That's an amazing kid and amazing mama! Inspiring to hear all the hard work she put in to give her child the best life possible despite the difficult circumstances they faced.
She’s so happy and seems to embrace it now I like how they made it cool with different colors/styles for various occasions. wishing this young lady the best 🙌
What a beautiful, brave girl, how many adults could go through everything this little girl has been through and still be so happy and living life to the full! ❤
I wish her all the best in her later life, it'll look all the brighter after this! ❤
Beautiful young girl inside and out. Wonderful mother too. I wish them both the best and shout out to the doctor, he or she does amazing work.
What a beautiful, strong young lady. I hope everything works out with her condition and wish her nothing but the best in life.
That new eye is really badass, the 2nd one especially. In the future I hope she goes for a red Terminator eye, that would be absolutely awesome.
