I’m almost finishing my kit with all Decals, panel lines and top coat.. I honestly don’t get it why did he had such hard time on FA GUNDAM, it was such a joy and fun building it and final result looks damn awesome, definitely GOLD tier.

Things not to forget: The Maga-no-Ikutachi claw that was its entire wing section is meant to be used to jam enemy MS, giving it an extra point of free attack to the enemy. This white recolor MS is mainly piloted by the 8-year-old kid from Serpent Tail, Kazahana Aja. This could mean that she is the youngest Gundam pilot in the franchise. Lastly, this can get upgraded even further into the Gold Frame Amaterasu, becoming symmetrical in both arms and gaining a new phoenix-like backpack that gives access to DRAGOONs.

5:30 - I bought and built my RG ARF in 2017; and not not only is it loose, the thigh joint which connects to the waist broke off cuz the connection is too tight and the joint itself is too thin.
4 ads in a 20-minutes video is not bad. I'm used to other youtuber's doing one every 3-minutes 30seconds for a 10-minute video for maximum ad revenue. So i say thank you for not being as money-hungry as others, seriously.
When I first started buying gundams I wanted both the black and white variant but I have a bad taste for "gold" colored plastic. BUTT!!!! This video changed my mind since I've only seen them in the box art and not in video or in person. So for this I say thank you for changing my mind 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Ordered this one. It's honestly the perfect gundam for me. White and gold with the big ass hook wings and a Pilebunker...sexy... The spear/pilebunker is actually my favorite weapon of it.
If you've already reviewed the model, I don't think it's necessary to do a full review again for the color variant. However, I do think you could easily talk through a full explanation of a tier placement and whether it'd be the same for the original and the variant or not.
Hey MechaGaikotsu. Based on my experiance with Real Grades, I think ERS only happens when you play around with your RGs a lot. I have several, some no younger than 6 or 7 years, and their joints are still solid as new. I guess keeping them in a well insulated, dark-ish room helps preserve the ABS on the joints too. So far, my Granddaddy, MkII, and ZGok (my oldest RGs) haven't suffered any ERS yet. Or am I just that lucky?
there is a 3mm hole on the backpack of the amatsu, which means you can just put the amatsu in the action base without needing to attach the action base connector under the golden crotch
I still wish this kit came with the parts needed to make the other Astray arm, since I believe it's only missing like two. As for the MS design, the white looks really nice but I wish the purple had been swapped for grey.
if want to be perfectly honest besides the action base.what his kit needs that is missing on the retail version is the right arm shoulder piece that making to if you wanted to make the right side have the gold frame arm like the left side.if it gave you everything to do that in both his p-bandai and retail release it would had been perfect in my book edit 1: idk if it cause i don't pose my Amatsu mina that much or because it from a later batch as mine came from blue fin but mine hasn't started to loosen up any yet and i've had it since jan or feb of this year

This amatsumina took me 3 days to freaking build because of the small parts its so annoying and difficult. plus i broke the damn wings ffs.. rofl tried to rotate the wings upwards and baaam destroyed.. the joint was stuck on the wing part and i cant get fix.. can someone help me.. haha
The Astray isn't an early RG, though. The line started in 2010 and the Red Frame was released 5 years later, even after the incredibly sturdy Exia. Mines is still solid. Granted, I haven't messed with it that often.

To be honest, I have always found the waist joint to be poor for my amatsu, due to the clip in mechanism being poor to support the weight of the backpack, causing the Gundam to bisect even when I want to casually pose it. It was so bad I tried to glue it together, and even that didn't fix the problem. It is a problem that either no one talks about or is just a major flaw with my model. I personally wished the connection section was a peg like other RGs because the clip for me is a migraine
I very much prefer the approach of doing full reviews even for rehashes/recolors. I suppose redirecting people to the older reviews is more convenient for editing and upload schedule which is fair tbh, but it also feels like a bit of a cheap way to get more views

The non astray arm is actually the arm from the blitz Gundam. In the manga the Mina stole the arm of the blitz Gundam to use it's cloaking ability.
Just the arm granted the unrelated suite cloaking abilities?

If anyone has loose joints then you can put a thin layer of newspaper in the ball joint to add friction. I've done it it works well.

Asymmetrical mobile suit?? Count me in!!! I love asymmetrical unit, both are nice but I know Amatsu Mina first so I like black colored bit more,
