I’ve been listening to Jordan Peterson since I was about 21 yrs old and I moved out on my own. It’s been 3 years going onto 4 in July, and my father just recently passed away, may he rest in peace. I am confident that I will channel inner strength to overcome/handle my grief for him. Thank you for the video, and good luck to anyone who might be in a dark place at the moment, they will not last.
You should never over com grief. Then you say that he didn't have the value to you. The right way is to learn that. My relationship with my father was so meaningful, so I can gladly take that pain for something new in that manner.
I'm sorry to hear about your father. I lost my father about nineteen years ago. And I just. Lost my mother seven years ago. My friend pay his attention to your thoughts.Your dad is a part of you, and is with you.
using your tv,your phone or computer to listen to this man speaking in a high level to help you unlock your mind is a stepping stone to your success, you are close to hit the milestone buddy.
I love Jordan Peterson Hes a very different kind of human. A great example of what our minds are capable of. i will always look up to the deep perception of thinking hes inclined to.
Regardless of how mentally tuff and prepared you are, something will occur to awaken deep emotions and you can only control your response to it. Takes decades to learn that...
For myself, nothing is longer than something being ignored for a few decades. I treasured and care. The fact is, I have no idea when and what images would appear, but now these images are gone.
The first time i listened to this man,i began to lose interest in certain things that weren't worth my time because he reminded me of who i am and made me realize it's time to get back to myself,it's time to pick myself up and take on my responsibility as a human being.I am now resilient to whaterver it is because it's my breathrough moment.I learned to trust my gut and follow my instincts.
Man, it will take me 1000 years to articulate all those thoughts and knowledge like Jordan Peterson... I tell you one thing, if this Doctor was not real we have to create one.
I am in an opportunity to either rise up or fall into the darkest pit of my life ., this dynamic requires that I do not judge my perpetrator . But rather walk with him heart to heath soul to soul ,to become his spiritual guide ., the words of Jordan with my Lord and savior are braiding me into a man of integrity of intelligence of a depth of loving strength I never knew I would need to become .. I wish to walk in heaven now I can walk in hell and not be alone ..
00:56 - 01:58: So, you take people out, and ask, 'What are you afraid of?' Start facing each fear, step-by-step. At first, it feels terrifying. But as you expose yourself, the fear begins to lose its hold over you. You don’t just survive it; you learn that you can withstand it. That’s strength-mental resilience you never knew you had. I failed more times than I can count, but each failure was a lesson. When I chose to confront my fears, to take one small, frightening step after another, I found strength in the struggle. And eventually, I emerged not just having conquered my fears, but having redefined my own limits.
No matter how "tough" we are mentally ... we always want to believe that our own way of perceiving ... is based on knowledge ... rather than ignorance.
It’s okay to feel, and it’s okay to struggle. The important thing is that you keep moving forward. You got this! 🙌✨ What’s one thing that helps you feel more grounded?
@3:02 men aren't stronger in the lower body, they are strong in the lower body as well, it's been all too often miscommunicated as if the difference is minute. Lbs for lbs men lift larger weights using exclusively just their elgs.
How do you find your passion? I feel overwhelmed by options and I’m told by family and therapist that “I can do anything I put my mind to” which feels like a total cop out answer everyone around has their thing that they’re good at and I feel like a failure I enjoy many things but I don’t feel passion in anything
I appreciate the effort that goes into these videos. But these videos would be so much better without the very unserious music. I listen to Joe Dispenza and I noticed how deeply I am able to engage with his voice as he doesn’t use or need music. It’s like thinking that if you were at the summit of Everest you would need dramatic music to fully appreciate it. Um, no.
Having in the thumbnail "Mental toughness" and the picture of someone who allegedly went to a detox clinic to be induced in a coma to get through amphetamine withdrawal, might not produce the reaction you were aiming for, unless the reaction would be "engagement" and for that I apologize.
Peterson is discussing evidence based counseling techniques used in cognitive behavioral therapy. Not claiming to be a perfect person without faults or weaknesses of his own. I don’t care how he managed to get over his addiction. Addiction is brutal to those who are trapped in it and I don’t blame him at all for taking the route he did to get off prescription drugs. That doesn’t mean he isn’t a good teacher or that you shouldn’t listen to him speak on this subject. You could likely learn a lot from actually listening to him, instead of sitting up there on your high horse 🐎 and thinking you know everything already. Clearly, you know very little about addiction or human decency.
Your words become things. Manifest wisely.

I just want to say think you to everyone that shares. I am in my 50’s and have always dealt with very low self esteem and confidence.

Very powerful , very smart , very true ...
The deepest of thank yous
Young people like me,it's time to build resilience.
You first off have to shut out all propaganda and liberalist ideologies to grasp what he’s saying truly. This world has no place for weakness.
Dignity, class and continued awareness sounds like the doctor's mission. Happy New year.

It happens in your soul, and you played a huge part. It takes a few SPECIAL people to make you want to more then breathe.

Bad things happen to good people it doesn't mean that you have to become a bad person
If in fact there were actually good people. Our ability to do good doesn’t make us good.
Being a good person doesn't just mean doing good things it is doing the right things
Wow, that is a really convincing, Ai counterfeit Jordan Peterson voice... pulled straight from his book "12 Rules For Life"
Man, that's exactly what I was thinking and why I came to read the comments to see if anyone else was thinking that...
Him reading. Not AI.
@@ziraprod6090 I believe otherwise, sir. Listen for the few times when it didn't make the right pauses, and thereby splitting statements apart.
I Love My Cat's 🐈 😻 🐈⬛️ ❤️ 🎉 🐈 🐈⬛️ 🐱
They need to be mentally tougher

Keep looking. Try another job.
Is this ai generated speech or is he reading to someone or is this from his book? Sounds different.

Funny. I'm trying to teach my kids assertive aggression at the moment.
Asserting aggession?
No.
Assertion backed by possible aggression. Only when morally correct.
