Kelcey Stratton, PhD, Program Manager, Resilience and Well-Being Services and Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Michigan Medicine Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience discusses how high-quality relationships are an important part of well-being. After many changes in how we socialize, how can we rebuild meaningful connections? In this session, participants will recognize how empathy and positive connections contribute to resilience and participate in an activity that invites reflection and story-sharing about sources of strength.
