You mentioned the nutrient pack could probably be made with sourced stuff on your own for cheaper. I have looked everywhere for an answer on a substitute for that magical pack but haven't found much. I have yeast nutrient and DAP but didn't know if anyone had any experience on replacing the proper seltzer pack for something else they had on hand
Bradley- a little late to this, but I'm curious as to your water profile. Were you just looking to buffer pH changes with calcium, or what did you do. That is, if you can remember after 3 years
How did you get it so clear? When I used the omega seltzer yeast nutrient and lutra it was a light brown in the finished beer after a 40 degree cold crash. And has a slight white wine taste. Did you experience this?
Subbed!! Just binged a couple of your vids new fav home brewing RUclipsr!!
Thank you
The pouring b roll sequence! 🙌🏼🔥 So fun! Nice work man!
Thank you Dan 🍻
Just picked up the jaded hydra and used it for the first time Saturday. It is a beast!!!
It is pretty spectacular 💯
Cool video I really need to try making hard seltzer...
There is so much chrome in your basement lol it's making me jealous!
Isn't the main problem with your sugar addition the steam? Maybe try adding the sugar before your water is heated.

I'm pretty sure that's about what's in there to be honest.

Those jaded look amazing! I’ve also been using the brewers best flavorings for seltzer’s, Cheers Bradley 🍻🤙🏼
It definitely is a pretty nice chiller, I think for the money for flavorings are the way to go !
Mine turned out smelling like duck farts. It mellowed out after flavoring and conditioning. Great video pal.
