I like how not-deep it is. Really gives you lots of room to do things like pack in RCA connections for ridiculous stereo systems. I might get one for one of my cars...just have to figure out which one.
It would of been helpful if you videoed the wire to wire install as mine has the same factory wiring and I can’t figure out what wires go to what because the wires in the new stereo box don’t match up with the factory wiring….

This was the A7 model and I have it in three of my vehicles now. I like it and it was easy to install. They may an upgraded model now. Watch for price drops on Amazon. Get the install kit and it won’t take long to install.

Yeah, the Miata took a bit of customization due to the opening size, but it works well!

Yes and it sounds good. At least as good as the factory stereo.

Just ground it to bare metal. That accomplishes the same thing and you can use it while moving.

Yes. I added it to three of my cars total. It does freeze from time to time, but just power the car off. I like it a lot.
