  • The Leatherman Fuse is a retired, but still relevant medium duty multitool. this tool can be purchased on the used market for around $25. I like to edc it when possible instead of a super lightweight and tiny multitool. Great set of features, and lightweight for its feature set. (5oz) throw it in your pocket or on your belt and go tackle your day! For the reasons discussed in the video, I rate this multitool @ 8.5/10

I've had my fuse for probably 10 years now. I love the knife blade INSIDE. I might be the only one who doesn't like the knife outside

I know! I like that the tools are on the inside because it keeps dirt out of the tools. I don’t need super fast access because I carry a folding knife as well. I’ve had a Leatherman super tool 300 for 7 years now as an every day carry tool at work and the tools on the inside has never steered me wrong👍🏻

@@tactipants3036 I think most people love the easy fast access. I don't need easy fast access. That's what's keeping me from upgrading, plus my Fuse is still as good as new

Good one! Got the Kick from back when they were a thing, the Fuse is really a bit more utilitarian with the scissors. Thanks for sharing!

I received one as a safety award when working electrical 15? years ago. Good quality but have barely used it and thinking of gifting it to a friend.

Five ounces that's good for the tool load with locking tools and I think this and the Blast are underappreciated.
I mean I think the Skeletool is five ounces!,
and the only tools are screwdrivers!
They once made a knifeless version of the Fuse with a file where knife is usually.
I carry a knife so I like the idea of that version and the knifeless Rebar they still sell but it's heavier.
I like this model, the Fuse.
Weight and bulk matter to a lot of us and a good tool load with you beats a better one left in your vehicle or shop or home.
Bigger isn't always better and small can be beautiful.

100%, I’ve used it plenty of times with smaller projects. The ruler on my super tool 300 is even better 👌🏻
