@@blktauna lol, I do. I originally was thinking about a dps but the stats I was getting was not impressive at all in my testing. Eventually decided to swap to a healer so I won't be within close range of enemies and be able to survive with the lack of armor
Yes and no... I originally started on xbox after about a year of ESO being released. Then a couple of years ago I got my PC built up and moved over to ESO on PC. I will occasionally hop onto the xbox version to help out my father with some harder content, but mostly play on PC.

I believe it does count as a proc set, could be wrong though. This build was mainly aimed at people who are still leveling through the game :)
