  • Here is the promised Part 2. Obviously I remembered. In my humble opinion the discussion was both informative and funny. Brian and me also had an earlier conversation which I knew I had downloaded but could not find. I have since discovered the video's and will post them next week. The video's are on what Brian calls Nodal Design.

    Fred, I like these kind of videos. They are very informative and I get a new perspective of the hobby. Brian did a great job. He is interesting to listen to.

    I prefer a low layout height nowadays and actually like to sit down on a chair while operating , my last layout had shelves in front of the layout to rest the arms and other stuff on . high layouts are nice but hard to operate

      As Brian mentioned lower railroads are better for operations. I have a double deck layout and as was noted the upper deck is hard to switch and uncouple cars. I have a two step ladder to assist with that.

    Howzit : As a matter of interest; what is the Scale you are modelling ? Am I correct to assume either S-Scale or O-Scale ? Thanks for an interesting and light-hearted video. Cheers For Now / Johnny 🤙
