Carp Fishing Lake Huron on a Calm Fall Afternoon

- It's been a while since I've posted a video. I thought I'd start off again by documenting my Fall Sessions. I have purchased a serious amount of bait (100 kg) to test out a heavy baiting approach with boilies as temperatures drop, just to see how far I can extend the carp fishing season here in Canada.
As temperatures drop, I have found carp normally switch to feeding in the afternoon until after dark. This mid-October Session found them starting to bite later in the afternoon. After a few different hook bait choices, a Bright Yellow Tigernut and Corn Pop-up from DT Baits put the fish on the mat. - Спорт
I love the fall fishing, especially after the ski boat migration to their winter garages.
I agree 100% the cold and rain are my prime fishing times as the water is quietest.
looked like a peaceful afternoon. looking forward to how your cold water season goes!
Coming soon!
great video as always nathan!
A good fall session indeed 👌👏
10kg into a 100kg baiting campaign. More to come. 👊🐳 Congrats on the Challenge win sir! Well deserved!
Great video nathan those calm autumn days are glorious for fishing and the carp looked incredible in their dark bronze and brown colours in that clear water cheers bud and tightlines
Couldn't agree more, hoping to get some bigger fish next session.
Nicely done, squire!
Thanks Wayne, attempting to get back into the swing of things.
