Back in the day, we were required to stay at the mortar board and practice loading the hawk and taking mortar off the (front) of the hawk before learning to apply the mortar onto the wall.

Are you kidding me he doesn’t even know how to cut off the front of hawk or fill up the hawk one trowel of mud on hawk at a time and a skilled plasterer will push the mud on a soffit forward easier on the rotator cuff and left to right scratch and brown taught by Portuguese old school plasterers simply the best techniques

Why r none of the windows or doors waterproofed, also don't pound those form nails in the block. Take them out.. they will all rust
