Oops, I'm late to the party this time... but awesome video again! I like watching you work and your editing is really good too. Seeing somebody do this kind of work on jackstands is quite impressive, love it! Also thanks for showing, how much you paid. That‘s very interesting as well.
Concerning the oil: In my experience 5W-40 is a good choice for M57 as well as M47, these engines share the same platform anyway. I would definitely prefer 5W-40 to a 5W-30, especially for older engines with higher mileage. Often oil pressure is slightly higher when using a higher viscosity oil, which of course is a good thing :)

14:37 Now I want to know what "Sook" means (Probably spelled wrong LOL). Great Video Thank you!! Hard work but Good Job! So I don't even know what engine that is? Is it a 318I or 316I or something we didn't get here in Canada? (Yea I'm in Tyranny ville). I've never even seen injectors like those before. They almost look like they're made for a tractor or something. Which could be true I guess seeing that the direct injection engines were first designed very similar to Diesel engine fueling. OH! It IS a Diesel!! THAT'S why I've never seen that engine LOL. I wouldn't have ever worked on the Diesel ones. LOL.
