One of the oldest Ayurvedic methods is, get a copper jug from an Indian store, fill with water, leave overnight and drink early in the morning. Do not mix acidic substance like lemon vinegar etc.
And remember, good copper gets oxidizes and turns dark. If it doesn’t, then it’s not a good copper. It can be rubbed regularly with with lemon and salt to get the shine back.

    • @itzram85
      @itzram85 4 года назад +1

      Harish Raghuwanshi
      Yes, you can.
The point is, lemon deoxidizes copper and removes the discoloring caused by oxidation and it gets mixed in the water.
However, lemon can be used for cleaning the copper jug. You can dip the lemon in salt for faster cleaning and rub the copper surface to bring back the shine.

Avoid getting your copper from metals. Metals go to the brain and cause dementia and Alzheimer's disease because they interfere with the synapses between brain cells.
Get your copper from whole grain foods and other food sources. There's a big difference! Expect serious medical problems down the road if you get your copper from metals.
I can't believe anybody would ever consider getting their copper from metals. That's just so bizarre. There are numerous journal studies out there warning about the damage copper metals do to the organs of the body.

I took magnesium citrate for two years, which depleted my copper and Ceruloplasmin enzyme(6 copper atoms in it). Result was accumulation of iron (serum ferritin of 800+ for 20-500range). This caused joint and hip pains.
Solution 1. A teaspoon of MSM-powder in water 2. 2-3grams of Krill oil (800-1200mg phospholipids). Pain disappeared almost completely. Copper is needed for iron transportation theough the syste. Without copper, iron doesn't move and accumulates especially in joints where it hurts.
Avoid citrates of all form. See Morley Robbins: My Theory of Everything.

Copper makes me feel crazy. Not just supplement form. Even in the past if I ate a lot of copper rich food like dark chocolate my mood would change instantly. I have to avoid all supplements with it in now and just eat right. Amongst things it makes me feel very angry, which is not my normal personality. I’ve heard a lot of women who suffer problems just from having the copper coil, it turns them into emotional wrecks, yet their Gp’s insist it’s not the copper coil. But surprise, their symptoms go away when they have it removed.
I don’t think I’m copper toxic personally. I have issues with both copper and zinc. (It could be from taking accutane as a kid idk?) I don’t know what the deal is. I do have symptoms of copper deficiency but it seems I can’t use the copper properly, it’s not bioavailable or something. Seems there’s quite a lot of us out there with this issue. I’ve never found anyone who knows really what to do about that.

Try to take copper and see how you feel, if you feel even the slightest discomfort you're waay too high in it. Almost everytjing that is advocated for health chelates copper out of the body. Zinc, manganese, vitamin c, magnesium, l cysteine, ALA etcetc.
If you have stomach issues still which is VERY common for anybody with zinc/copper dysregulation try some betaince hcl and pepsins + ox bile to every meal for 1-2months. Ad some IF and do some 24-100h fasts if possible. Start most days with some selfmade bone broth or wheatgrass to fix your gutlining.
Edit: eh didnt see your comment where you said u used it.
Get a hairtestanalysis and you will see what's going on at least with your zinc, copper is a difficult thing to read even on those since there's always a chance of sth called "hidden copper toxicity".

The conversion of L-tyrosine into melanin is helped by certain nutrients, notably vitamin C, vitamin B6 and copper.
