if you just buy one , not economic . ideally,you buy 2-3 cars together, gonna save on shipping cost and handling cost. alibaba is okay, just make sure that the payment is done via safe way

there is definitely.however you need find your local agent there to help. try search,Wuling, Baojun, some brand like this. but however don't take for granted that 3K USD in China, it would be the cost in your country, you need to add the shipping ,tax, and seller/service provider's profit. if you just buy for your personal use, I dont think you should try, especially want to buy a 3K USD car.

the warranty is something the chinese car dealer which sell internationally can not cover. so this is the risky part for people who buy from China directly

how to go across the border and then back to China? please share those information as well. I want to travel to my home in Pakistan by my own car, bought in China, and then come back to China after traveling in Pakistan.
this is something probably you can not achieve, you can only buy in China, and then export to Pakistan, then enter China with another way of customs clearance. but buying in China, then drive all the way, you can not do it .

you could find a local importer , then ask them to import. this works better, coz deal with chinese seller you need to go through a lot of process
