It's funny how other non-christian bands complain they are some social rejects. Irony is christian bands are treated as bigger rejects, because you got not only non-metal listeners against them, but metal listeners as well(majority at least, not all). Hence why, so many christian bands are not longer such. And i hope Demon Hunter doesn't fall as well, band like them keep my faith strong. Because i often feel alone with my faith, but bands like this remind me i'm not alone. Yes, people are free to believe in what they wanna believe, but shouldn't force their beliefs on others or humiliate them.

what sucks is if you look at some of the DH bios they no longer say Christian anymore but say something like transcendent melody or some crap.. idk if its a new bio writer or they are changing what they say they are..

I don't know how you manage to break new ground with each album, but I'm so thankful you do. I literally just told my wife a few days ago that I could listen to nothing but Demon Hunter for the rest of my days and not get bored because you guys never make the same album twice.
It's the honest truth, each album is truly unique and offers the listener a different experience. It's a beautiful thing.

Been listening to Demon Hunter since I was 17 y/o and at 34 y/o they keep releasing bangers!
I've listened to Demon Hunter since their Debut and Soulfly since Primitive.... I....Never....Expected...to hear a song together... I was dreaming about a Demon Hunter and Soulfly (and Sepultura for that matter) doing a concert together for years and here's a collaboration that I didn't even know was coming. GOD BLESS THIS ARMY and ROCK ON:^)

Three releases on this album so far and all of them venturing into new territory for DH. I really like the rawness and tempo of this track. Definitely liking the guest appearances and what they are adding to the album. Can't wait for this one!

Definitely the best single so far for Exile. You guys sound rejuvenated with this new record. Things sound exciting again. Nothing against the last few albums but this just sounds fresh and has the same energy of a newer youthful band!

Awesome!!! We saw Sepultura (with M.C.) in October 1992 with Ozzy, and Alice in Chains (rip L.S.) Staley was on crutches but did a great concert. It was surreal getting to see Ozzy. Sepultura opened for them, and said "We are Sepultura from Brazil!" We (my husband and I) grew up metal heads, and we were like , Heck yeah! My son introduced us to Demon Hunter when he was in jr high somewhere around 2006. We finally got to see them in 2014 at some hole in the wall venue in Springfield, MO. THAT was awesome! They were super nice, I got to take a picture with them. I will always be a fan. Never ever too old for metal.

YES WHAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR! Thank You Demon Hunter! Ever since I first saw the track list I hoped Demon Hunter would drop the song as a single they did with the one and only MAX CAVALERA and they answered! All songs thus far have been awesome, and to work with Englund from Evergrey was awesome but to get one with the Mighty Max Cavalera a spiritual person himself is the coolest. I have always thought Max and Ryan should collaborate on a song from one of their bands projects. New Soulfly album in August and New Demon Hunter album in September, life is good my friends 🤘🎸🤘🙏

Metalocalypse has similar elements to this song in their masterpiece "Awaken".
As a long-time Demon Hunter fan, this is the best track released so far from the new album..I do miss the days where Sprinkle produced though. I just miss the hooks from the earlier albums and the tone used with dynamics allowing for distinction that allowed the vocals to breathe a bit. Ryan is my favorite vocalist. Always has been. But I just wish he didn't sound buried in these mixes around the music, starting with Outlive. Perhaps not as much a mixing issue as it is just everything else being big all the time. The distinction in everything having it's own place, in The Triptych for example, is what makes those albums sound just so so good. This is all said with love. As someone who has supported every special edition album since the beginning. Still very excited for Exile and will always support.
Thats what i was thinking, these singles just sound like their mixed weird and honestly every other album by them sounds better mixed which makes me not like these songs as much
@@shaystuter2544 Yeah! I'm glad I'm not the only one who notices this. I thought it may have been due to them coming back with Outlive and the hardships of getting that album together with the struggles they were going through. I thought it would remedy after that one. But each album has had a similar issue since then. They've been my favorite band since the beginning so it was immediately noticeable to me to hear the change. I know they have it in them! But something seems off. It tends to sound like a mixture of mixing/process of recording and the song structures themselves. That is my best estimation.
