This is awesome. It's been over 13 years since I've seen these guys. I'm 58. I met Alex ( he sponsored my former son in law) Leroy and Steve. I told Steve I likened him to Angus Young. Alex and his wife went to one of my daughter's birthday parties when they were teenagers. WOA are a great group of guys. Whenever I went to a show, whether in Erie or Edinboro, I always got a handshake and a hug. Please pass along my heartfelt best wishes. ( I still have the signature drum sticks I was given )

If you want some other recommendations you could try Demon Hunter, August Burns Red, or For Today. Unfortunately For Today is no longer a band. The lead singer became a pastor at a church.

This doomsday Christian deathcore is really perfect for the times we’re living in. Impending Doom dropped heat too and this world needs to wake up! We need more bands like this for sure. Pure heaviness with powerful lyrics.

Yeah modern metalcore has blended some older deathcore styles but these guys are as metalcore as they get!
They should start to subtly call out the tiny hats in the lyrics too.

I remember "dont hide behind!!! your weakness!!!!" blasting through my speakers. that moment was the very first step of getting me out of it. that message has carried through from that point on in my life to now (about 13 years ago) thank you guys. so much. p.s, i was so young and clueless I impulsively got it tattooed across my back that same day XD

I was so hoping for a video to Famine. I really appreciate your music. I first heard your debut album "War of Ages" on Strike First Records in 2006. I was 23, decided to turn my life to Jesus after battling with alcohol, and looked up Metal bands that had a Christian message. You guys showed up first in the search. I was stoked when you released "Fire From The Tomb". The fans will know. Much respect and love.
Facts, I turned to Jesus in 2022 and looked up Christian Metal. Awesome I found War of Ages! God bless!
