I saw a video with the stock 10mm plunger pump after year 1996 they push the M51 to ~320hp. They claim it's possible with TD04HL-19 Hybrid turbo 2.2 bar peak boost and 8.8mm to 11mm head bolts conversion. What do you think?
@@GMAd-yc1vj basic is the turbo use some better now im running on 2260v and for up to 300hp i will Assembly He221w, software tune 51mg from 2000rpm to 5100rpm is great, and if u wanna more fuel install 11mm plunger, also big ic is needed and better exhaust and intake for better engine cooling.
@@sudetenlanddrift Do I keep the stock MAF and MAP? I believe I can upgrade to a map from M47 which is up to 3 bar or my stock one will be fine or I just delete the MAP and run only on MAF or delete both
This engine has problems to withstand power of stock EDC pump when maxed out so I don't know whats this for other than new head, so it should start warm nicely. Is it chinese?
Hlavní je mít stahovak na čerpadlo a aretacni kolík do setrvaku, správně zaaretovat, na videu je špatná aretacni pozice s klinkem dole a ta je horší protože ti při vkládání muže spadnout klidně dovnitř, sundaš sání, trubičky, vrtuli, řemen kladku, a hlinikou krytku a páku napinaku, dobrý je vyhnout alternátor sundat jeden sroub a odpojit hadičky a konektory od čerpadla… důležitý je klíč 50mm na držák páky napinaku, a velký imbus na krytku, nezapomeň před startem vytáhnout aretaci dej si na volant papír s napisem “vytáhnout aretaci” jinak zapomeneš jak ja…

Yeah 10mm still get lot of fuel to cylinder.

@@GMAd-yc1vj last thing I forget is the clutch I use HDS so ceramic is better for 300hp.

Its possibly, but first check glow plugs, injection timing, idle quantity, fuel temp sensor… cylinder compression at least.

Hi, 3:38 min you forgot to install spring first, 4:00 if spring was in case - plate will fall and you can not such easy install plunger assy.
I don’t install spring because it’s work better without this spring, my know how.
