@@andreiovidiu4969 left rear abs sensor is bad but I change it so aftermarket parts not working don’t waste money buy original, via diagnostic when u connect to abs ecu u can see speed of all wheels separately where is speed 0 km/h while spinning wheel that sensor is bad.

m57 is common rail, m51 is mechanical/semi mechanical fuel pump much simpler engine and fun to play around with

@@krsimirgoranov7037 do log with diagnostic tester and set the fuel pump for more fuel quantity it’s 3-4mg position warm engine on idle u get more power in full spectrum after that if u need more do software tune.

@sudetenlanddrift We use td04hl 19t hybrid and run from 3k. Tds is good engine but it's old timer

With 2561 is possible 250hp+ so this is 3071 I will test it and upload video about acceleration…

@@LubošBosák software je stejný jak pro auta s maf i bez, software obsahuje mapu smoke limiter která řídí davku podle průtoku vzduchu a mapu boost limiter která řídí dávku podle tlaku vzduchu pokud váha vzduchu není zapojena řídí se podle map senzoru a naopak

@@imeprezime6488 just remove the whole valve, I’m have this dtc when egr el mag valve was bad so I’m use from 1.9tdi AFN it’s same and remove whole egr and let the connected el mag valve.

@sudetenlanddrift im put ele. valve new also but nothing can fix problem ,but thank you for explanation ,guy who doing remap he say to me he dont se any EGR in map to can do problem but some story on forum have about MAF can read broken EGR how is that possible i dont know more logic have MAP if is broken or if CPS sensor have skipping reading at some moment ,,,,,,,before is been some stupid broke on sensor level oil and some guy say disconect him and all is been fixed in that scenario of seen things but now with EGR totaly strange and not logic nothing

@@imeprezime6488 there is egr map, but u only can edit the how much exhaust gas going to intake better solution is connect el mag valve and remove all egr parts that ecu think egr valve working

@@M41D17 thx for note but I’m done engine rebuild with better components and now I’m ride with this engine 3 years and use it for drifting so high rpm is needed and never have a problem.

@ yes I’m thinking same 😆 mine was 600xxx when I’m buy it and it did solid rattling because chain but still work and get lot of drifts so I decided the rebuild it but only bad part was piston rings cause low compression.

Everybody say the facelift TDS engine with Plastic admission is more reliable

I did it because Im first insert the pipes to the silicon hoses and after that Im choose right distance for the plate with holes for the pipes according to space in engine bay, its better make longer pipes and cut it over make short pipes...

@@mus_90yt8 im interested in cam because never seen better cam for Tds, where u found it ? I think that cams are not important when h have turbo, it’s good tune with NA engines.
