Honestly, really cool premise I never thought about. Adding this to the DM tool kit

I know I'm a little late commenting on this video, but I wanted to say I really like this idea. For my players, I normally build out a campsite in the wilderness, and decorate tents/sleeping arrangements in line with their characters. Over time, I add NPCs, background characters and party pets to the board so it feels like a little homecoming/Thanksgiving. My players are obsessed with playing the dice game so they just and roll while waiting lol. I might have to give this a try for my upcoming campaign. One question, though: Where did you get all those awesome minis? Are they a mod or heroforge, something else?

They're all heroforge, but made by a friend of mine. I actually just put out a video this morning detailing his work!

    This is very interesting!
It's like writing a page of your adventure and by the end of the campain you can revisit the whole party journey before closing the "book" and start another :D Great idea
Btw...is it me or do I see some medals clipped inside some of your minis...? Could it be someone is a Derf's fan? ;D

I don't know what a Derf's is but there's a dude in my campaign who made many of those, maybe he learned some tips and tricks from Derfs! and tyvm!
