Those back to back heavy days are quite a feat of endurance. Some gorgeous areas in wildlands, so glad you showcased Isbister lake.

From Ferguson all the way to Tupper in one day is a major haul. Nice work

Nice mid winter canoeing fix for me! Thank you. I prefer my eastern slopes mountain rivers. Zero portages. I am 60 years old so thats my excuse lol. Love your stuff though. No whining

Really well done. I have been curious about how bad it might be on the northern parts of your route. As a trip option, I was considering going from Anima-Nipissing to Sugar via Isbister, down through to Ferguson Bay last year, but opted instead for a solo from Sturgeon Falls down the French to Key River-69 (which I had never done). So I can put the previous loop trip option on a list for 2025, now that you've shown me what I might endure. You guys were great. Super team.

I have done both variations now. Went Anima Nip-Sugar in 2022 via Muskego river (more like creek). There has been a lot more route maintenance since we went through the first time. We put up portage signs on the 2nd pass through as well. Super nice area. Great sites on Sugar, Isbister and Turner Lakes. Probably have that other vid up at somepoint once I'm done working on some of the bigger projects.

Thanks! Life has been busy, so I've had less time to edit than I'd like. House Reno's, new job, etc. Happy to hear though, we have been on a few big adventures that we hope to share this winter!
