That's when I had the most fun as a kid when there was nothing to do so a friend and I would go outside and make up games or ride bikes. We literally couldn't be inside for too long. And she's not wrong that makeup shouldn't cover up, on a more literal note skincare it's SO important, if you're actually taking care of yourself your skin and self should be healthier and makeup will enhance, foundation looks way better on clearer skin(mine is always terrible which sucks but im just saying...)!

As a mother of 6 I think that advice is sound. I've always told my kids to be present to work hard and appreciate what they have. I don't allow social media because I want them to focus on life and being children. We go on hikes walks to museums. Watching a movie together is the most screen time we have.
