@@GordonMok unfortunately the video did not but I reached out to the only company on the entire internet that used to sell them and they said they aren’t allowed to sell it in that form anymore. Unfortunately it seems to not be something one can buy
@@nathanstine4630 that’s disappointing... I’m wanting to convert a pair of Apex boots. Have you thought about harvesting a tech sole plate from a used or discount/clearance boot?
@@GordonMok yeah I looked into that. I wanted to do something similar with my boots. The problem is that because tech bindings are still relatively novel/on the rise in popularity there doesn’t seem to be a cheap way to get trash boots yet. I’m sure that will change in the coming years
where did the metal toe fitting come from? is this something one could buy?? I would be very interested
