    I worked for Amtrak (October 1995-November 2002) Onboard Services. Started on AutoTrain then Washington DC one of the first trains I worked on Extra Board our If DC was Vermonter (26:50-28:58)

    7:30 that’s some now historical footage, that very locomotive now sits outside of the Pennsylvania railroad museum

    The heritage cars came from what railroad?

      Some from the Pennsylvania, but in general, from all over the country from the former passenger roads.

      Heading to HAM interlocking to reverse back to the station for the next trip to Philly.

    What were those NJT trains with diesels, where were they going?

      That was a Newark Express. Nonstop from New Brunswick to Newark Penn, if I recall correctly, and then the train deadheaded to Harrison or the MMC.
      To add: Hamilton station was not yet built at this time... construction was still a year and a half away from starting.
