Thanks for showing the skills of the alchemist I’ve been trying to find a screenshot of the effects of the damage buff they give to make sure I wasn’t crazy - they actually did an unannounced nerf to the duration of this in 3.0 which is bizarre given how it’s the only unique talent they have and not even that strong.
Great Vid dude! Cathay are gonna be my first campaign, can't wait! Probably with Miao Ying first. They remind me of the Human version of the High Elves! Very strong defensively but great ranged power too. I do wish they had a bigger area tho, biggest Human Empire on the Warhammer Fantasy map but it seems too cramped in game. Maybe it will be expanded in an East expansion in few years?? 🤞😎⁶
in my first playtrough i basicaly got rich super quick and made friends with the ogres then i surounded all my land by ogres turning them into a nice bulwark
All ya gotta do is plant your ass against the nearest wall, form a shield wall around your insanely powerful ranged units, and shoot the everloving crap out of the scariest units that you can see. Miao's healing is too good, and the Harmony factor means your bois will hold that line and almost never break. It's a fantastic feeling to be a mobile bastion of defense, facing down 3 armies at once and just watching their leadership melt away behind a wall of jade and hail of gunfire.
Assuming the VS pack model continues; I imagine one (probably Yin-Yin?) will be DLC, while Li Dao will be FLC, added at the same time Monkey King gets his DLC.
If 6 remains the average number of Lord (like it was for Warhammer II), we technically have room for all 5 of the Dragon Children (Storm, Iron, Jade, Fire and Sea) and the Monkey King as 6th.
Ive been playing Cathay, about 130 turns and got defeated. Wasn't sure how i lost but has to do with something with be'lakor. Can you please explain this?

@@miya7525 close most of them, it's better to do it with a hero but leave one open and send your lord in with your best army to the one portal you left open

Cathay might have to be the second faction I play as (after Ogres). The caravan trade routes light up my eyes every time I see them

Playing Cathay is a fun change for me. Enjoying the defensive play style im usually play the aggressive dark elves

Their empire is like a fifth of the whole map once you take all of it back.. I don't think that's not enough
@cupiksensei353 this was a response to their small map space in WH3's campaign. Obvs they got thier full empire size now in Immortal Empires.

Ahh the alchemist, he is quite powerful with his lore of metal.
While the astromancer is powerful with her mount and celestial magic.

So how soon do you think the other Dragon siblings will be implemented? Will they come in their own DLCs, or will they be part of a Vs pack?

@@miya7525 each time ursun roars it opens up some portals. You have to go through them and complete those areas before the other factions do
