  • Deep smoothed brown noise is a 12-hour black screen video for sleeping or studying to. Brown noise is a softer sounding alternative to white noise. Here, I've gone further and filtered out more of the harsher higher pitched sounds, for a very deep and soothing sound.
► Subscribe to my channel and be updated with my latest tracks:
    ruclips.net/user/MindAmend...
    ► Available as an MP3 download in 1, 8, 10 and 12-hour versions: www.mindamend.com/shop/ambien...
    For sleeping to
The deep and soft sound of random noise is very relaxing and calming to listen to. The video gradually fades out to a black screen, making it ideal for sleeping to in a dark room.
    For studying to
White and brown noise sounds also commonly used while studying to help block out distracting. The black screen can also help remove further distractions, allowing you to focus more on your work.
How loud should the volume be?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.
Brown noise can be used for:
    - Helping you relax or fall asleep
    - Block out distracting noise while you're studying
    - Calming and settling nervous and distressed dogs
    - Providing relief for tinnitus
    Do you need Headphones?
Headphones are optional and not required for this track to work.
    Recommend Headphones For Sleep
Normal headphones are usually very uncomfortable and impractical to use while sleeping. I've had some SleepPhones for over 10 years now and I highly recommend you give them a try.
SleepPhones are specifically designed for use while sleeping, with thin flat speakers that are contained inside a very comfortable headband. You can use them while lying on your side and they also have wireless versions, making them very easy and practical to use.
You can find out more about them here: www.MindAmend.com/SleepPhones

@@nathanthunder8581 When I was fourteen I felt bad about life. I looked into the Bible, and I wanted to know what Jesus said about the meaning of life. I started reading what Jesus did and what he actually said. I figured out that his main point was that he wanted each one of us to have a relationship with him. That changed my life. He also promised life after our physical body passed away. He also wants us to have peace and joy. I have made it through horrific circumstances in my life, and I experience peace and joy. Life still has challenges and I am tempted to get down and negative, but I pull out of it quickly most of the time. I recommend reading the gospel of John. That was awesome for me.

Just Know how You FEEL, as I felt the same way at times. Don't give up. You have beautiful sunrises, sunsets, full moons, supermoons, star-filled skies away from city lights, shooting stars (meteor showers in late summer and early autumn), mountains and oceans and more to see, climb and swim in.
Maybe you can fly to Mars or at least to the moon in 10 or 20 years...
Maybe you will meet someone and connect well.
Stay strong or become strong in both body and mind.
When you feel down, do 5 push ups. Do 5 more if you can. Do another 5 if you can until too tired to feel down.
Or do burpees or jumping jacks, mix it up so your whole body does work.
Even if you still feel down after exercise, you will be more fit, and feel better after 7 days of exercise. After a month you will look and feel stronger.
Start small, keep it up, and go outside to get lots of sun on your skin at least 10 minutes each day.
I hope you try and wish you well.

This is a vital tool for recovering from being overstimulated, as a person with autism. Brown noise is scientifically more effective than white noise for reducing the small background sounds that make it hard for us to focus, and cause irritation. I've recommended this to many people with autistic children as an option to help reduce overstimulating background "ticks".
This should be a prescription for a number of us with autism.

You gather the quilt Mom made for you when you were a child- it's still big and warm and your going to use it no matter how your grown family teases you.. Getting up, your loving beasts follow you into the bedroom.. A prayer, and you all tuck in listening to the wind howling the sound of the ancients.. Goodnight...

i’ve always been so against white noise because i have always found it so annoying. brown noise just hits different. it isn’t exaggerated or overly loud. it is simply perfect.

Sometimes, when the windows are open during a summer breeze, in my town, the yelling from homeless camp is so loud it sounds like an episode of cops every single night....gun shots...bottles breaking...but this Sound right here, this is the Sound that lets my ears rest....

The guy in the next cubicle over from me just started eating his lunch like an absolute pig and I forgot my headphones at home today. This video is so easily blended into the noise of every day life that I can just play it out loud in the office and people just think the air conditioning got louder or something and no one notices but I get to not die of panic over my misophonia. The scene: you’re on an overnight flight to your favourite tropical destination. You clip up your seat tray and turn off your reading light as the cabin lights dim and the stewardess hands you a big blue cozy blanket. You look out the window next to you. It’s pitch black outside. You pull down the shutter, snuggle into the blanket and drift into a deep and peaceful sleep, awaiting the moment you wake up in a few hours in paradise ✈️💺😴🛬🌴☀️🤎

Honestly, I never knew what it was with color noises for people. I didn't think any of it would be soothing and my newly developed aversion to certain sounds definitely made me even less of a believer, but this is soooo relaxing. I can't really describe the way I'm feeling right now, it's like my body is being looser the longer I listen and my usually racing throughts have slowed to a crawl. I've been able to focus on my one task without being distracted or needing to just move around for the entire hour I've been listening to this. Although I've been having moments where I completely get lost in the sound or almost block it out completely and forget it's playing. Definitely saving this to my playlist

BEST BROWN NOISE OUT THERE! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this video! Since the pandemic, my husband and I now both work from home. My husband runs an entire division and is constantly in online meetings all day. While I love having him home, there is absolutely no way I could concentrate and get my own work done in the middle of all that without brown noise. Unlike white, pink and purple noise, brown is low and mellow. Listening to it through my noise-cancelling headphones, I feel calm and centered and able to concentrate. And this one is the best mix out there! Thank you so much for making this video. I literally listen to it every day.

I've never heard of Brown noise - I LOVE IT! like the other listener said, reminds of riding in a car and my parents had to drive me around in 1964 just to get me to sleep. This Brown noise is helping reduce the sound of my oxygen concentrator, which is hella loud! Thank you, thank you! Nite...nte
