Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup:
1/2 Tablespoon butter
Half celery head
3-4 large carrots diced
1 clove garlic , minced
10 cups chicken stock or boullion
1 teaspoon salt , to taste
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (I love the spice)
1 Bag egg noodles
3 cups rotisserie chicken or roast chicken
