You are doing such a great job Ms.MaryLou. I love all the raw video and your commentary! It helps a ton to make decisions. I also talk out loud when I declutter, it helps me to process it or sometimes hear my crazy reasoning for keeping something. God bless you !
Your right. Talking things through helps. Sometimes my reasoning doesn't make a lot of sense, but it buys me time and helps me think things through. Thank you for your kind comments.
Decision fatigue and emotional struggles are a real part of going through and decluttering a lifetime of "holding on" to items that fill our homes. Your videos have helped me in more ways than you know. Just know that I'm here going through my own "stuff" and cheering you on! Your 15 minute strategy works, so high fives and cheers to you!
You are doing fantastic! And I know exactly how you are feeling. Clutter =stress! I began my office/craft room. I went back and rewatched your other two videos yesterday and decluttered with you today. I see no progress yet 😢 but maybe in my next 15 minutes. Until next time 💕💕
Love seeing your progress! For me, decision fatigue often causes me to make poor decisions. I either get to the point of just wanting everything gone, and purge indiscriminately with regrets later, or I can no longer decide and can’t let anything go. Do you have a mental list of set questions you ask yourself about an item to help you decide? If so, I’d love hearing you share it.

Your comments cheered my day. After so long "holding on" switching to "letting go" is such a big adjustment. Thank you for going through this with me.

Good job! Sometimes it takes several 15 minutes to see much of difference, but it's all progress. Good job!
Good for you! Just starting on an overwhelming project is tough. 15 mins is not so hard so easier to talk yourself into starting.
That is so true. Thank you so much for watching and for your kind comments. I appreciate it.

I so understand, both reactions to decision fatigue. I experience both. I love your question and I'm going to think that through?
