Under the muscles is not good because of upper body strength. Risk of surgeons cutting blood supplying nerves in trying to make pockets. Even there could be rippling is better than to be sick or constantly fatigued.
I think its unethical to destroy a functional muscle for a “look”. It does harm to your posture overall. Check out what physical therapists say. Plastic surgeons will lie to you about the complications to get your business.
