Thank you so much for your videoes. Amazing content. I was wondering if you recommend not doing pull ups and bench press with implants under the muscle.
do all pull ups you want. do not recommend training your pec muscle when have implants under the muscle. please see my channel with at least 3 videos on the specific topic. thanks for watching!
@RolandoMoralesJr thank you so much! My surgeon failed to tell me about this. I feel lucky and grateful to have stumbled over your content to prevent future damage. Thank you. I also noticed that you take the time to read and respond to everyone's comments. Even if you have to repeat yourself hundreds of times. Even on videos from three years ago. What an amazing human you are. Again, thank you!
Is it true that when you have to exchange your implant 10 years post op you’ll need a bigger size due to the stretched skin? Eventhough it’s not visible stretched ? Also can only one side be exchange if the other side has no issues at all? It’s UBM
Hello Dr. Morales, Thank you for all your informative content. I have my implants over the muscle. I had them done 8 years ago too bad I didn't find your channel sooner :) I just had my implants exchanged last week ( over) NO lift. I know I will need one eventually. Any tips for us woman who have gone over the muscle.. I personally hit the gym at least 5 days and stay active. Does working our chest muscles help any ( gravity will win but supportive bras? Anything that helps at all
hi! I would recommend that you wear supportive bras as much as possible to resist the gravity and aging stretch on your breast skin. training your chest will do nothing to prevent. hope that helps!
My doctor recommended over the muscle to me,my friend went under and she felt pain a lot, uncomfortable, and hard to train her chest! She even developed capsular contracture under the muscle.
@@yolandaGuy84 he recommended over the muscle cause my breasts are low! I’m kinda scared going over the muscle cause of rippling and capsular contracture but i trusted him! Please, tell me your experience over the muscle
Im trying to find out why the cuts are done straight acorss the chest rather then under the breast like they do for women who are gay and want their breast out.😢😢😢 i rather do a fat transfer then doing implants 😢😢😢
what are you talking about? I've never heard of a cut "straight across the chest". we are talking about women and breast implants. not sure where you are coming from. and why.
Thank you for taking the time to explain the process for the women who are interested in implants, for me….I need them made smaller.
thank you for watching!
Hi Dr. Morales! Could you possibly make a separate video or short breaking down pros/cons of the subfascial technique?
LOVE this question! Yes! it's on the schedule already!
@@RolandoMoralesJr awesome! Looking forward to it.
The submuscular look to me is just more obvious. Too high and hard. But you did remind me to take my trt shot. You're arms are looking huge.

@@cocobird8289 sorry to hear that. incidence of capsular contracture is dramatically less that over the muscle.
