Good lord i do not envy you with how much welding is required for all those pie cuts! Everyone loves pie cuts until it's time to weld them 😂. Looks amazing as always 👍
Man , mad respect for all them pie cuts, fam .. alotta work , but im sure the outcome is gonna look rad af 👌🏽, and I'm still super eager to see what this little monster is gonna do 😅.. mad respect, brotha 💯.. peace and love all, keep it rad, stay safe, and build on..l8r famz and keep having fun
Man, y'all are knocking out so much work on this thing! There really isn't much room in that engine bay, especially with everything that has to go in, but it's looking great so far. Good luck with all the welding!
@@MoceriAutocraft I know you dont have time for it, but if you could put a flange on either side of the intercooler to show everyone this neat trick, it would also prove me wrong.
Would there be any advantage in keeping the cold sides separate until after the intercooler? I would imagine the pressure drop of the core would prevent the turbos from fighting each other
@@ryanturner8318 yea some heat shielding but also we have a secret weapon called zycoat that cuts down on surface temperatures by 75% it’s a game changer. More to come on that.
@@MoceriAutocraft and this is why I love your channel so much. You actually answer questions and comments about your builds. Keep building some of the coolest stuff out there man and I’ll be watching it all.

You work like you have six arms fabrication master on a new level.

23:50. Your theory about turbo flutter noise being caused by BOV placement may need revision.

@@mrm4155 oh it will rip for sure. Our sights are on gridlife
Why didn't you put the oil pump the same position you put the surge tank? Seems there is a perfect spot on the left over the alternator
@@MarkTregelt the pump was too big to fit there unfortunately

I would imagine the pressure drop of the core would prevent the turbos from fighting each other
@@frun4 we thought about that but for packaging this was the best option
Totally, you are quickly running iut of room. More just curious if there are advantages one way over the other
@@frun4 potentially but with a brute force twin turbo system like this I doubt we would see much in the power band.
I have a real question about doing the dump like that with the master cylinder just above the BOW?
