    Nice, realistic dinosaur suits ... and the animatronics used in the larger dinos are quite impressive! However, the imagined magic is for the kids. Personally speaking, the 'magic' for me would be to see how these things are created and operated! They are the best, most realistic, robotic dinosaurs I've ever seen!

  • @swtravels

    I agree with Peter. Having a life-sized
    T-Rex on the loose in the park would be spectacular. I don’t think it’s a matter of “if”. Just “when”. The animatronics are getting more and more lifelike. Just a matter of somebody throwing enough $$$ at it to make it happen.

    • @OrdinaryAdventures
      @OrdinaryAdventures  2 года назад +1

      Was it exactly the same?

    • @artness
      @artness 2 года назад +1

      @@OrdinaryAdventures The Dallas one I believe was identical to the San Diego exhibition. The Chicago one was fairly different, in terms of the layout. The Indominus didn't have its own section, it was sort of in a larger space with a few herbivores (I believe a stegosaurus or triceratops was there), more like a museum with moving dinosaurs. The T-Rex was similar except you didn't get as close and it interacted with a Jeep. There was no "raptors being held in those muzzles" section. No baby dinosaur puppets/animatronics except the newborn parasaurolophuses in the lab. So, the new layout is better in every way, I think!

It turned out that as of right now it was just a little too difficult to do and for it to do everything they needed to do and hold enough people in it. Universal in Beijing recently opened a new Jurassic ride. It’s absolutely amazing! It originally was supposed to be that particular vehicle but there were several really amazing features like where a dinosaurs looks like it’s chasing you that could not be done if they decided to stay with that type of vehicle.

    Only con is the gift shop merch being super pricey.. $35 dollars for plain black shirt with the Jurassic Park logo is waaay too much especially since you can find one at target for $12
    Was gonna go with a hat but $30 isn’t worth it since you can find one for $15/$20
