岡山市街では間違いなく一番有名な豚まん。子供のころからのヘビーユーザーです。
他のところの豚まんとは味や風味が全然違うからそもそも比べることはできないんだけど、豚まんって名前のものの中では一番好き。
昔はいろんな味があったけど有名になっていくにつれて豚まん一本に絞るようになったのは少し寂しかったり。それでもずっと頑張って続けてほしい。
初代とウチの親が顔見知りでよく利用していました
名物の肉まんは非常に素朴な味ですが甘めの皮に豚の旨味と塩味のバランスが絶妙で添付のカラシと酢醤油に良くマッチし誠に美味でした
二代目になってからは余り訪れていませんでしたが…久しぶりに名物の肉まんを食べに行ってみようかな…と思いました(笑)
岡山駅に売ってて、買って食べてみたけどまじで美味しい。初めて肉まんでリピ買いした。
厨房や設備がよく清掃されてて綺麗だと感じた。

昨今の原材料費、ガソリン代、電気代、人件費等の物価高による値上げも致し方ないなと思わずにはいられない。こういうのを見ると、少しでもお店を応援したいという気持ちになってくる。

約30年前(子供の頃)、先代が作っていた豚まんは肉も野菜もてんこ盛りという感じでした。今は角煮を中心に、コンパクトに味をまとめた感じですね。
これはこれで美味しいと思います。

The employees are well trained and skillful on their jobs. The machines were invented to make their work efficiently fast.Each employee have their own duties and responsibilities. Japan may have its issues but it is still a high trust society which I remember we had here in Australia around the 70s but that has long gone by the wayside.
Why is the title "... Chinese Restaurant..."? They're speaking Japanese. As for the buns, I had them often... they taste so good. But looking at the number of people and amount of work that went into making it, I'm surprise it isn't expensive... at least where I get mine.

as impressive as the making of these pork buns are (thank you for showing all the work that goes into making them) your title is misleading - the restaurant doesn’t open until 10:00 AM - it’s the employees that come in at 3:00 AM - big difference - I was expecting to see a restaurant that served customers who worked the night shift and need someplace to eat before either going back to work or going home - that’s not this restaurant - please think about fixing your title to reflect what it actually shows 🤗

It's beautiful and it even seems good to eat, but I don't know why I have eaten the Mediterranean diet all my life, where so many things are not mixed and the products are eaten without so much dressing, but almost all Asian food It gives me digestive upset, headaches and so on, I suppose that some sauce or dressing or mixtures of what they put in those meals do not suit me and I am not the only one, many people feel the same.
Not sure what your point is.. just stick with your mediteranian diet and god bless. Dont come here and judge other countries, especially these hard working people, about how they prepare their food.
