The needle is placed wrong on the beggining, it should been placed on the direction of the grooves.

I have a Philips radiogramme which is not working. Can you tell me where to get it repaired as i have a huge record collection which iam not able to play
It'll be very difficult or extremely costly to get it repaired I believe. Also difficult to find a genuine person to repair. In India this know-how unfortunately has become lost slowly. You don't even find casette player repairers nowadays.
