😂😂 There is nothing strange about a british banger 🤣 Great video. Maybe add venison or lamb to your repertoire of sausages...our old butcher in the UK used to do a variety of meat sausages including lamb and beef. I bet your dad could find a butcher somewhere back home that does beef sausage. :)

There are so many things to say...I will try to give condenced version. I made 1000's of yards of sausage as a youth, but all of it was pork. I was not aware they made beef sausages. But I would like to try some time. All sausages that I can think of these days in Canada are pork. My personal favorite, and I helped make 100's of pounds as a child was garlic sausage. To this day it is my absolute favorite. That being said. My heritage is German & Irish so that may have something to do with it. Oh....we always ate sausage with saure kroute. Cheers 🍻‼️

They are so hard to find in the USA. We also did pork and turkey. But lamb mince is a tough one! And venison, well, that would be a trek to find 🤣
