Yes!!! I have Celestial Witch and their single Birthday Girl (got bc of a swatch in one of Hannah’s videos) and I’m so blown away by Electrum! The shadows are honestly on another level. I did realize that Birthday Girl was a spot on dupe for Shine by SD Game Over though so I’m giving that one to my bestfriend, she needs multichromes in her life lol but I’m definitely keeping the Electrum version!

Also u know I’m obsessed with electrum cosmetics. They need glitter glue. I don’t ever use them without it bc of how flakey they are. I don’t mind bc I always use an eye primer and glitter glue in my routine. I also for the chunky ones rub my finger on the side of the pan to smooth out the formula. I’ve talked to Lisa the owner a bunch of times. She’s super nice. I think the long wait is the only way she can make the shadows. It just being her and I assume she has another job. It takes her awhile to make them. I know during celestial witch she was having a lot of back issues. We all have our own preferences tho! For me that’s just my fav indie brand bc of the intensity and shifts. I know u hate the chunky flakey ones tho and don’t use glitter glue. ❤

I just recently tried Touch of Glam for the first time, not sure if you have before but if not, highly recommend! Their holos aren’t that ultra silvery sort of thing, they’re actually dimensional and shifty and the birthday style formula is so nice! I haven’t tried many yet but already have 5 more shadows on the way 😂 loved seeing all your goodies, so much fun! I was feeling the same way about Looxi’s formula! When I made my first order in 2022 all the shadows were a dryer more crumbly texture, it reminded me of the texture of some Shine by SD duuchromes. I accidentally dropped 3 shadows (Arctic Rose, Abracadabra and Pixie Dust) when I replaced Arctic Rose and Abracadabra they were completely different formulas, more of that thick emollient, squishy formula. So they’ve definitely been experimenting with formula changes and I think they’re gonna do it again
I totally agree with everything you said about Looxi! I have hooded, oily lids, and their shadows generally don't last that well on me. I have a couple favorites I enjoy wearing, and the price is awesome, but they're definitely not my go-to for a night out. On the other hand, Touch of Glam is known for their slightly higher prices, however it's the only brand I wear to Disneyland! lol The Color Me Multi formula is INCREDIBLY long-lasting and impactful. I don't need any glitter glue, and just applied with a finger, those sparkles will last from the buttcrack of dawn when I get ready, till like 2 or 3am, when I'm finally back home, after a full hot, sweaty day in the parks. They expensive, but ToG shadows are freaking magical for me. 👌🏻
I just tried touch of glam recently for the first time and I’m blown away! I’ve already placed and am waiting on my third order 😂 I mean I only ordered 3, then one that went out of stock before I could place that order, but I have Lucid Holo, Bloodline Holo (drool worthy) My RBF is better than yours and the single I ordered was Goldie Red Holo! They’re so insane. I have five more coming hehehehe And I really like some of my Looxi shadows but I agree they don’t last very long! I have dry lids but they crease a lot on me, even with glitter glue. But some of them are pretty so it’s like whatever. And omg I hope Hannah tries Touch of Glam someday if she hasn’t already! I just wish I could’ve tried them last year but they were switching from Etsy to their site and were out of commission for a while! So glad I finally got my hands on some 😂

My experience with Klarity is very hit or miss. I have a bunch of their matte singles, and a few of them are fantastic, but most of them are so dusty and powdery they won't really stick to my eyes, won't build on itself, and won't really allow shimmers to layer on top. They're complete garbage. I enjoy the couple that work, but overall, I feel kind of scammed and like I wasted my money. 😕

And it's nothing wrong with being obsessed with sparkly shadows, I'm also guilty)) But I don't think it's that worth it. Recently I have got my own purchase from Electrum. It was 2 misfits and 1 multichrome, it was on sale, so I paid 8$ for misfits and 12$ for multichrome. I have my own concerns about longevity of waiting because I'm from Ukraine and if we haven't veey convenient and fast forwarding company I don't think I ever would purchase from Electrum. So considering this fact it seems not that long of a waiting since the owner said all of the products already are in stock. So I've got the order and swathed it along with my small Terra Moons order which arrived at the same time, it was Rhea and Lyra. I have to say I'd expected much more shine and shiftiness especially from multichrome as it's more expensive than misfits, but near the TM shadows it feels the same. And which is also great, because I love TM formula, although my overall collection is small. But the thing is. I don't have to wait that long for TM releases almost never if it's not a pre-order. TM have sales and affiliated codes from some creators and also have shadows which less than 8$ price with a discount and could be as shiny as Electrum ones. And another thoughts about their everything on pre-order thing. While the owner were working on gathering sale's orders, she's also teasing some new products and randomly opening another pre-order on old stuff. And I know she had people waiting on their pre-orders since last year or January. With that being said last year I often saw posts and stories from the owner in which she complained about health issues with her back. That kinda issues don't go away overnight. So how she is sure that she could manage all the previous pre-orders, new pre-orders and new releases all by her own, because it's one woman show as she has mentioned several times before? Isn't it more thoughtful and responsible to finish one batch of pre-orders and then start doing other stuff? It seems very unreliable circumstances to me. I also can't afford to take that kinda risk for the shadows when there are so many brands with beautiful products ♥️
I had added a electrum palette to my IG wishlist and the brand owner msged me saying she had found another one and asked if I wanted it. I said yes and asked how to pay for it and get her the shipping info. She totally ghosted me. Like why even go out of your way to msg me and then just leave me waiting. So dumb.
