I so appreciate how thorough this review is! I have all 3 of the Glaminatrix Glimmering creatures bundles and love them, but I'm glad I didn't pick up this bundle, I would have been SO disappointed

I was super interested in these bc the swatch pics r so good but now idk

I bought this collection too and I really am not feeling it either. I'm just going to use them for layering but like.... I know there's just other shadows I'll reach for more though. So it might have been a waste of a purchase for me.

I think Glaminatrix shadows are simply over priced for the look they give. I just want bang for my buck, and I was highly disappointed with the Glaminatrix Nearly Neutral palette everyone went gaga over for how expensive it was.

What I love about Glaminatrix shadows in general is how forgiving they are on mature lids. That smoother, glimmering texture is not as exciting and impactful as say, a Terra Moons extreme multichrome but I sadly have to admit now that the more subdued, sophisticated finish is more flattering on my lids and don't emphasize any texture. And as a student midwife, the Glaminatrix shadows are much more appropriate for work.

I got three of these to see how they compared with the SBSD shades and i totally agree!! They aren't bad, but i 100% prefer them sheered out. I wore them over a matte on the lid and much preferred the sheered out look that way. The SBSD versions are much more sparkly and better imo!! But also agree that you only need like 2-3 max in the colors you like since they end up looking kind of similar.

I wanted their nearly natural palette and was so sad it got discontinued before I could get it!! These look wicked pretty, I’ll have to try them at some point. I just ordered two freaking Natasha Denona palettes for my MUA kit but luckily I stocked up on some touch of glam shadows over the last few months so I still have those to play with! I’ve been leaning more neutral with makeup lately during my early mornings and I’m sure once I start doing bridal makeup I’ll likely keep doing that since I don’t have the brain power to come up with colorful looks at 6 am 😂 but I still need fun colors in my life! Always on the hunt for good indie neutrals though. I will definitely have to try this brand at some point since they have some gorgeous ones 😍 ps I ordered The Koosh Era from TOG after seeing your video! So excited for that one!!

It’s impressive actually, I’ve attempted a couple eye swatch videos after being inspired by you to try that on myself and oh my god did they burn! I was like how do the eye swatch girlies do this 😂 but I trust you and your opinions and it’s rare I disagree with you on a product, if anything it’s because of color preferences not texture or quality wise! so even if you were to review makeup more frequently (or never again) I absolutely would still watch every upload haha. I also genuinely have a good time every single time I’m chilling at home with a cup of tea watching your channel ❤ you always crack me up! I just found out right now about Looxi. I was contemplating to do my first order ever but I'm glad I did not lol. Out of curiosity, i went back to check their website and it's not back. It's been a month. I'm guessing they might not come back. Or I'm guessing maybe they'll come back just either continue as Looxi or maybe they decided to do a rebrand or they were just done. tired of doing that profession. I'm really sad though. I won't lie I just found out about Looxi and I wanted to get some of the shades I fell in love w. But it just never felt right to do the order, i just healthy gut feeling that something about that company did sit well with me. It just made me feel the weren't trustworthy and I'll probably would have lost my money.

Meh it's for the better. Her shades were very dupable, and she even duped herself multiple times with the same pigments. Looxi stopped being handmade for a while now. I'd rather pay more for something more unique and less dimethicone-y. However duping your customers and misleading them is not ok in my book. People should sue if they don't get their items or refunds.

I like Moira's duochrome eyeliners. They're decently priced too.

So cute! I love what you said about it looking like you spent a lot of time on your makeup when in fact it takes you six minutes. My everyday makeup takes less than 10 but people will often make a remark that I must get up early or ask how long it takes! 😂

I also love just slapping on some colorful shades, but I prefer sparkly shades because mattes sometimes require a bit more blending and a shimmer is more effortless for me.

This look is so fiery and gorgeous ❤ I love it so much! I have the big glowscreen and the mini unseen and ugh, I wish it was reversed like what you’ve got here because I also prefer the unseen! The glowscreen just highlights my face in a weird way and I don’t like how it sits under my makeup most of the time. I finally have to toss it because it won’t stop separating😢 I was so disappointed I just never used it! supergoop’s unseen one is really nice. I love that!! This summer makeup video was such a blast to watch ❤ have the best summer, love! 🌞

Oooh that first shadow against your nail polish looked so pretty! I love your nail color!!! I want to order from clionadh soon, I’ve been wanting Renaissance for so long because of you but some of these are just gorgeous! I’ve been spending all my extra money on Touch of Glam lately 😂 but I may need to pick a few of these up at some point! Archway looks so stunning. I was excited there were more earth vibrant multis, royal plum is my favorite shadow from Clionadh. I also have royal pear and climbing vine (that one isn’t my favorite though) so I’m thinking I’ll have to check that one out. Super pretty. I always appreciate your eye swatch videos!
