I've been on the run before and it was HELL. I drove across the Country from Chicago and hid out in Vegas (STUPID choice) where even when renting a room they AUTOMATICALLY run your name for open warrants, theres even posted signage in most hotels. Looking over my shoulder every minute of every day was a mental fuq. I barely spoke to my parents or anybody for that fact because I didn't want them to be harassed by the law. It wasn't until one Thanksgiving and I was in a motel on Boulder Hwy trying to make a little dinner for myself in a weekly no-tell motel, it was hotter than hell (I'm a Chicagoan), the place was filled with transients n dopers, I was terribly homesick and I knew I just wasn't gonna make it that I said F it - I'm gonna drive all the way back home. So I did, and when I got home I never stayed in one spot and I picked up a server job. Well after about 8 months of being back n working as a server, one day 8 US Marshall's come in to the dam restaurant I'm working at for lunch..and get seated in MY section. My heart was about to come out of my chest. I was ready to quit and walk out but decided F- it, I went out there, took their orders and served them. They asked for the bill, they paid and they left. Phew, I didn't get arrested. Now my shift is over and I'm thinking when I leave this building and walk outta here I'm gonna get snatched up. Nope, I went back to my room, changed clothes and left to grab something to eat. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot of the hotel I was staying at I IMMEDIATELY got surrounded by 6 US Marshall SUV squads as well as local law enforcement officers that were blocking both entrances! They jumped out of their vehicles with weapons drawn and pointing directly at me, two of them ran up to my window and literally pulled me outta my fuqn window and tossed me on the ground. That was it. Game over. That was almost 3 years running wild with NINE warrants for my arrest. I went straight to the County for alittle over 90 days (non bondable bcuz I was a flight risk)and then was sentenced and shipped out to prison for 4 years. Honestly, I knew I was gonna get caught eventually and was surprised I managed to make it as long as I did. BUT, I was so relieved to get arrested and do my time...no more running. My only regret is what I put my parents and my brother thru. Running from the law for a couple years and then going to prison, my poor mother was devastated. BOTH of my parents died within MONTHS of my release from prison, every single minute of every single day I feel so much guilt for doing that to them. Anyway, thats my story of life on the run. Its not easy, its not fun, and you cannot trust a soul. Just do the time.
@@Smag-wm4bx Thank you, Sara. My story is a bit unique as I am not a habitual offender and the things I did were completely out of character. I'm not making excuses by any means, I definitely learned my lesson and will never jeopardize my freedom ever again. The biggest hit I took was losing both of my parents within months of my release. I am however so very grateful that I was able to be released before my parents became angels...had it have been any other way and I couldn't of been there, I would not be here today because I wouldn't of been able to live with that guilt. I now try to live my life in honor of them.

@@blickyrobinson5568 They have three years from the exact date of the offense, that's the statue of limitations on your offense. However, if you have an outstanding warrant (active warrant) those do NOT expire and you can be arrested on that warrant up until the day you die. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I'm a real mf'r and say it like it is. Now if you get hemmed up on that warrant they can get you in front of the Judge just on the active warrant.. they will most def talk all day about your uuw but there ain't a damn thing they can do about it once you hit that 3 year mark. If they arrest you on the 2nd year n 355th day, you're gonna catch fire for that charge. As long as you can figure the exact 3 year mark you should be good.

Absolutely! Brian is in a home being hidden and I am positive his parents know this. They didn't report him "missing" for four days to give him time to get to where he needed to go. Parents who are concerned for their child's mental well being wait four days to report them missing? BS!! The whole reserve is such a red herring by his parents and I so wish they will eventually be held responsible for all of the resources and money wasted, not to mention aiding and abetting.
The first time I heard the statement defend the police i thought that would be stupid. But here lately have you noticed that the police drag their feet so much any more. The laws we have are protecting the criminals and not the public that need protected. I say go for it the way I see it everyone is on their own when I comes to needing the help from police. If they aren't willing to help us why do we need them? To serve and protect is not what I'm seeing in the real world any more. The bad police out number the good. And it makes the good polices jobs even more unbearable for the good to handle.
He's seeing these RUclips videos about him and he's laughing. I totally agree He's hiding in someone's apartment or something. His parents acted way to shady diverting the cops. He did have way to much time. He could be out of country.
So much has changed since the last time this guy Seth was on the run. I thoroughly believe that the technology will eventually catch up to him. It’s just particularly hard to find a guy like Brian, because he can literally be anywhere. He’s capable of surviving in the wilderness, because I definitely believe he’s alive, not dead. That all being said, I also believe that Brian can be hiding in plain sight. It’s quite easy to disguise yourself during this pandemic. You are encouraged to wear masks so he won’t look suspicious to people. Let’s not forget to mention that even without a mask , he still looks quite generic. The parents need to be arrested and the fire turned up under their asses, because I even think it’s possible they stashed him in a underground bunker they had prior to all this happening. Plus, there are so many questions still to be answered. Was this premeditated? His trip home, then back to Wyoming, stood out as quite strange to me. I’m not claiming to be CSI or CIA here by any means, BUT the bodycam video ( which I watched the full clip from both perspectives ) tells us that Gabby was frightened at the thought of staying out there by herself. When the cops suggest to her that they need to be separated, she was extremely uncomfortable at that thought. ( if only she had a crystal ball ) Alas, there are so many questions to be answered. The only key is the parents, which I know they’ve been “going easy” on, to build trust so their guard can go down, a potential “slip up” can happen, etc, OR whatever their reasons may be. That all being said, I hope she is at peace now. We will learn the official C.o.D./Autopsy results tomorrow at some time. God bless her, and her brave family. This is painful, it moved me personally. I wanted Brian found, I want all involved in the cover up to answer for what they’ve done, and I want Gabby’s family to have the closure there seeking. Sorry for the ran, and thanks for reading all who have. As mentioned above, this story just really broke my heart. Sending all my love and positive energy, to them all. 💕
Sorry to break it too ya ,but underground bunker in Florida is just ridiculous, they can't even have basements in Florida due to water table ,so try again and on top of that the parents can't be charged with a damn thing unless there is positive proof that they helped there son get away which there isn't hence why the parents haven't been charged.
Thanks for sharing...I'm glad you made it through prison & I hope things are looking up for you & that you've found something positive in life.
Thank you, Swede.

Parents who are concerned for their child's mental well being wait four days to report them missing? BS!! The whole reserve is such a red herring by his parents and I so wish they will eventually be held responsible for all of the resources and money wasted, not to mention aiding and abetting.
Brian is staying with Big Foot
Check his lawyer's house
The first time I heard the statement defend the police i thought that would be stupid. But here lately have you noticed that the police drag their feet so much any more. The laws we have are protecting the criminals and not the public that need protected. I say go for it the way I see it everyone is on their own when I comes to needing the help from police. If they aren't willing to help us why do we need them? To serve and protect is not what I'm seeing in the real world any more. The bad police out number the good. And it makes the good polices jobs even more unbearable for the good to handle.
Excellent interview to help the public to understand how being on the run is like.
Yup
Sorry to break it too ya ,but underground bunker in Florida is just ridiculous, they can't even have basements in Florida due to water table ,so try again and on top of that the parents can't be charged with a damn thing unless there is positive proof that they helped there son get away which there isn't hence why the parents haven't been charged. His parents know exactly where their fugitive son who commited MURDER IS!
With 1000$ ha jaah can't survive more than a month
@@draganserafimovski8062 dont u think his parents gave him more money? I do!
Thanks for the pointers.
Early 90’s? That’s pre-internet. Apples and oranges
It was a way better time back then!
Not many had cell phones either. Ha, They were 30 cents a minute back then
All extended family needs to be investigated. I feel he's hanging out at an extended family member's house.
He's hold up and someone is taking care of him. The word will get out....
But who would put their freedom on the line
Glad he turned his life around! This is good info for all people who have missing family members.
It seems amazing to me that people think he is out there in the bush. Have you seen his parents worried, have you seen them out there every day looking for their "missing" son?
Imagine he's with a relative who doesn't watch TV, or read news on the internet or listen to the radio. How will he/she give out Brian?
I have always thought he is with someone know one would EVER suspect!!! His parents put him up in NY so he is close to his lawyer for one.
I think he is writing ✍️his own documentary as he goes along!! He is watching 👀👀👀👀us
inb4 he's at the lawyer's house
Why in the hell do you think that a lawyer would put himself in jeopardy by becoming an accessory to a crime? It would be a felony for the lawyer to help hide him out. I don't believe the stupid shit I see in these comments.
Furthermore, why would the Laundries family or friends take on the felony burden of being an accessory to a crime in order to hide out a dangerous nut job in their own home? Your model of reality is threadbare.
And he's not making a documentary. He's scared shitless or he wouldn't be hiding.
@@donnievance1942 I didn't say he is at the Lawyers house!!! I think he is put up somewhere watching all this!! His parents are friends with the attorney also, they have several rental houses, lived a few states & some ppl are just dumb like that(to harbor a fugitive). This is only a short theory of mine- --- so no I do not believe he is living with the attorney!!! Staying with someone 𝕐𝔼𝕊- high probability.
Oh and one more thing -- if you don't like a comment 💬💬💬💬💬 just keep scrolling. I wanted to clarify
Great interview!
nice insight!...Thanks for sharing your experience.
How do we know if he's still alive?
I think his parents rented him an apt and with all the store deliveries today they can get him whatever he needs.
lets educate brian how to evade the cops!!! great job people!
He clearly doesn't need any advice. He's been on the run for a month with absolutely zero issues so I'm sure he's not watching this for tips on how to not be found
Their are some nuts out there who would hide him
@@jaydee6361 yeah well...he doesnt need any refresher workshops..LOL "ok, stay cool, after 6 months the heat will die, got it..,lets work on that passport..." LOL
Excellent Interview Seth 👍
Gotta thank Seth Ferranti for discussing this. THANK YOU SETH. 👍🙏
Perhaps a lawyer can answer this: How much of what the Laundries have told the lawyer can be revealed? Attorney/Client privilege covers everything? What can an attorney suggest?
The lawyer can't legally assist in an ongoing crime. If they share anything with the lawyer about currently hiding Brian out, he would be guilty of being an accessory to a crime if he concealed that.
@@donnievance1942 thank you
Well I think Laundries attorney has the key may be he is the one hiding him
Finally someone that says what I’ve been saying since the beginning “he’s with a relative hiding in a house somewhere”
Seth is a legend and a truly talented inspiring person I'm friends with him after a few years at it and now we rub shoulders after working at being his friend for a while we met twice in person videos are here on RUclips
They could be helping him survive the Appalachian trail way...packages sent to different locations. The Laundries could have made a plan.
Sry to say but you aren't gona outsmart the feds, no matter how smart you think you are.
